When I asked what activities I did, they did not respond to me. This platform is utterly nonsensical. Absolutely no good reason to trust them.

Locked me out of my account. Contacted support and they said they would not give me access and they would not give me my money back. No reason given - just decided they would steal the money I had in there.

Banned for no reason. Chatted with live support and they copy/pasted some irrelevant information. I asked how I violated their terms and they stopped replying. Emailed their support asking the same and I've been ghosted. They are very unprofessional and stealing peoples money. Their customer service is terrible. They should give you your balance if they're just going to ban you for no reason. They'll probably out of business or under a different name soon.

I didn’t get banned or break any policies. I Deposited several times over months before winning a small percentage of my losses back. Went to withdraw and has been nothing but problems since. I get a message asking for a pin sent to my second email which isn’t even used for Spinpals, because their payout company also services PrizePicks and others, and apparently they got them mixed up. Live support referred me to payout company who is unresponsive. It says instant debit card cashouts on the site but when you try it says 5ey don’t allow them. If they cared about their legit customers they would offer an alternate withdraw method such as gift cards or prepaid. My $400 is just sitting there and there is nothing I can do about it. Thanks a lot Spinpals and Aeropay. If they somehow make this right I will update to reflect accordingly, if not avoid this nightmare I am dealing with with during my leisure activities lol.

Suddenly banned for no reason, except for maybe not purchasing their packages but that is not part of their terms.

Used the site for months then was banned at random, reached out to support and was told I had acted suspiciously and the decision was final, then ghosted me when I tried to ask follow questions.

In response to a negative review on 4/17 SpinPals says:
"We know trust is important, and we’re committed to being transparent and improving where we fall short. If you’ve had a specific issue with your account or funds, we’re here to look into it and provide clear answers."

Recently they have banned my account and many others for seemingly no reason. When asked they provide a canned response about and if you ask for specific details they just stop responding. Seems they are not so committed to improving or being transparent as they claim, which makes it even harder to trust them. Complete scam of a site, do not play here.

Well, we can add Spinpals to the shady list of casinos that will delete your account for unknown and unclear reasons, for reasons they won't say. I personally think it's all about money. If they aren't making money on you, they'll delete your account. But in this case, I live in Indiana, and I'm sure they did not want to pay me my remaining SC balance before July 1st.

Spinpals started off great and then recently I tried to log in and said I was banned. I asked why because I never done anything malicious. They said we don't have to give a reason but after looking at your profile there was a flag and we're not going to look into it any further . Our decision's final. I tried to log on today and was banned for no reason with no explanation given. I had $60 in sweeps coins sitting in my account that I will never be able to get back. With so many good sweeps casinos out there, I would never again consider using one that will take your money out nowhere.
