I had a very disappointing experience with SpinPals Casino. After using the platform and having funds in my account, my account was suddenly banned/restricted. Following the ban, I was unable to access or withdraw my remaining balance.

Customer support provided little to no meaningful explanation, and communication was either delayed or unhelpful. From my perspective, the handling of the situation felt unfair and lacked transparency.

I understand casinos have terms and conditions, but users deserve clear communication, proper investigation, and access to their legitimate funds unless there is verified evidence of wrongdoing.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before depositing money.

I hope the company resolves this issue professionally and improves how it handles customer disputes in the future.

Where to begin? Firstly I'll let it be known that I am a Gold VIP on this site, even though I don't think it's worth really mentioning. What that really means is I have spent a great deal of money on this site.

I've been sitting here trying to think of all of the great things about this site only to come to the realization there are none. There are no incentives for leveling up the VIP level, including the level up bonus that is usually so small its unnoticeable. If I remember correctly the reward for getting Gold VIP was $2.5...
As if that isn't bad enough I have only ever cashed out of this site a whopping 2 times in the last almost year I've had the account. If that isn't a tip on their level of greed then I think nothing will be.

I just deposited, again, $10 and it was gone before I knew it. I never made it above my initial starting amount, and only got one bonus on the multitude of games I played (all being 5-10 cents). I then went to live chat to ask for an account review and learned that they can't give account reviews. I was told if I were to get an account review that I would get an email with regards to it, which got me thinking.... I have not yet received an email pertaining to anything remotely close to an account review. That leads me to believe they don't actually give account reviews yet don't want people to know that bit of info.

So what if instead of account reviews I ask for a little freeby, like some spins or something like 5 free SC. NOPE! The human agent helping me in live chat was kind enough to inform me that was also NOT AN OPTION. So then I ask about rakeback or something similar, to which I found out that too doesn't exist with this site.

Hmmmm, well now I am thinking about how I "don't" qualify for anything regarding rewards yet I am a gold level VIP member, which has me feeling conflicted now.

And so, after having this small debate with myself I have come to the simple conclusion to forget about the site, only ever use the measly daily log in bonus to attempt to win a cash out amount of money and to inform everyone I can that this is one site I would highly recommend staying far away from. They can't look outside of their bank accounts long enough to even realize they are shit thus preventing them from ever becoming better. I really hope this site gets shut down one day, so no one else will suffer emptying money with no chances of getting it back like I did.

Unexpectedly was banned from their casino after being with them for a year with no prior issues. They were non-committal in their explanation for the ban and gave me a general response with no explanation. Do not trust this casino.
