Do not purchase with this site as they have shown that they will take the funds without recourse. SpinPals banned my account today without clear justification. I did not violate their terms and conditions yet they have banned and stolen $50 of funds without cause. Spinpals is also likely violating No Purchase Necessary laws with this change.

SpinPals apparently decided to nuke my account out of nowhere.

I made a small purchase, played normally, and had built the balance up a bit. Then today, without any email notice that I can find, my account was suddenly restricted.

When I contacted chat, I got the generic “suspicious activity” / “terms of use” script and was told the decision was final. I then opened a new chat and asked a very simple question: since SpinPals permanently restricted my account and I can no longer access or redeem the remaining balance, are they approving or denying a refund of my purchase?

No answer. Just silence.

If you’re going to ban customers, at least have the decency to explain what actually happened, answer basic questions, and address refund requests instead of hiding behind canned responses.

Very sketchy experience. I would be extremely cautious about spending money here.

random banned, copy paste response. i filed a report with my local attorney general and FTC.

They banned me after I made a purchase without giving me any reason. This casino gonna close soon, this is an obvious sign.

Logged in yesterday no problem, Today get the error: You account is banned please contact to admin. So i chatted with support, after a few automated AI mesages, I was "connected to a human agent" aka Ivon who gave me a generic message of my account was banned for suspicious activity. Then no more responses. I asked more details, no response to chat.

Great assortment of games, lots of bonuses, always fun to play, easy to make purchases and fast redemption process times.

Today I found that my spinpals account was banned, I was given no warning or explanation. They told me it was a thorough review, and it was final, but gave me no indication what I did, or why I was banned. I would stay away from this casino if they'll just steal your money with no explanation.

update: so they understand how frustrating it is, but they're still not going to explain why myself and dozens of other players were banned today, and they actually just don't care. They left the same generic response left for every negative review they got today.

Banned my account with $50 SC in it out of nowhere. I often played their GC and they just decided to ban my account and steal my real money I put in there. Literally just an average player waiting for a sale to buy in more- when there are a million online casinos why would I go in at full price at your casino when 10 others have a sale that day! Customer service said it was “irreversible”. They stole my REAL hard earned money.
All the 5 star reviews are prompted from SP and they give rewards for false reviews!

Withdrawal was complicated but came through

they banned me, I been with them maybe a month or two, never did a cashout, been collecting daily and logging out, got better places to go and haven't had time to explore them. well it was suspicious behavior to them so banned with a generic response no reason why and a memo saying it won't be reversed . I wouldn't recommend spending money on them, they can just up and ban anyone for no reason and steal. some people have no issues with them but not me.

I was banned for no reason, just logging in and collecting daily bonuses i guess..? As if i havent spent several thousand here tho?

Bogus Deactivation
This site deactivated my account for "suspicious activity" but refused to elaborate. I have never done anything outside of their terms and conditions but they give no recourse for a formal review. Beware ... they will deactivate you and take your money for NO reason!

I feel bad putting 3 because I had high hopes for it, but I spend and still haven't won after over a year of playing. Not consistent so I'll still try a few more times but how I do it is if I keep spending and don't win. I quit playing. I'll buy one more time and if I win and withdrawal I'll update to 5 stars and change the review. And I'll actually do it I'm not gonna lie and just say I will :) i hope to change it VERY SOON!

Came out of no where, and there is no way to appeal. Asked what was suspicious and recieved no reply. They did no more communication after this message. They don't have to show you proof, they can just ban you. Any money on the account is lost.

Another greedy garbage scamsino that is slowly reducing the legally required daily bonus to nothing and completely screwing paying players over bit by bit. That and they take weeks to pay... If they decide to not just rob you that is. And they have the audacity to open another website while simultaneously proving their 3rd world greed by giving literally nothing back to customers and slowly reducing any reason left to spend money here to nothing. When they go under soon, they will be just another of the dozens of examples of greedy ridden sites that pulled the same trash before losing all customers and going under. Truly pathetic.
