Good app interface, very supportive team, guided and supported throughout the purchase process, concerns were promptly addressed. Car handover process and paperwork was streamlined and smooth. Only improvement area could be the prices - bit premium, could be more competitive.

I recently bought a Maruti Suzuki Dezire from Spinny and it was a fantastic experience. I visited their Hinjewadi Park in Pune and staff promptly attended to me, asked me about my requirements and budget. Based on that they provided test drives and post the selection of right car, the paper work was hassle free. The car was handed to me within a couple of hours after all the checks and cleaning. I entered and exited the spinny park with my new car in a matter of 3-4 hours! Post buying, the car has been working in good condition and I don't have any complaints yet. Overall I will highly recommend Spinny for buying and selling second hand cars.

Disappointed with the support and service received from the team after giving my car. Full payment not paid till date. All commitments are fake. Avoid dealing with ROHIT from Spinny team. Always gives fake commitments and never picks up the phone to support you. I am dealing with Spinny, Gurgaon.

I had a mixed feelings from the day i bought this car. Had a lot issue. Sincerely I was very much dissatisfied first due to service and promised I was made.Eventually Nishank was the person who continuously was in contact with me to fix all the issue which I had. I must say he has patience to listen and keep calm even when the customer is very irrated. The way he handles to resolve the issue was fantastic. I would rate him 5/5 for the effort which he gave it to me.
Yes everything is not in his hand, it is the company which makes decisions and makes things delayed.
He was able to explain me every minute details.

Initially the company Spinnys gave me an offer of Rs 2.94 Lakhs and asked me to accept immediately. I accepted. Spinny confirmed and fixed place and date for delivery. After acceptance and appointment confirmation for Rs.2.94 lakhs , they unilaterally cancelled. Tried calling back no response. After 2 hours they reduced offer to Rs 2.64 lakhs and said take it or leave it.

This professional attitude, After giving 1st offer and then withdrawing is not acceptable. The telecontact person was not helpful and the lady said, take the revised offer or leave it.

Unprofessional

I sold my car with Spinny and the experience of selling and receiving payment on the spot was smooth. The documentation and communication provided was strong. One challenge though, ownership transfer for my car is still not complete even after my sold car is further sold by Spinny to their customer.

I’m very happy with the services offered by spinny. They were prompt in their actions and I got a descent value for my car. I’m happy with the experience more than anything else

The Company dealt with the sale ofmy Maruti Baleno car in very prompt and professional manner. The test drive of the car, assessment and price offer were all done fast and as per schedule. The price offered was reasonable(probably could havebeen slightly more)and payment by RTGS was done without any delay after the paper work as required by the Company was done and vehicle delivery was taken same day.No hassles in the entire process. After 2 years of car buy fron spinny now i want to sell my car. The party whom i am selling the car has shown that my has meter tampering now i am not able to sell my car due to meter tamper. I trusted Spinny but they sold me car with meter tamper.
