Good experience so far a month into…
Good experience so far a month into buying a second hand car at Spinny. Had initially visited their location for trying out a Polo but ended up trying couple of other cars and found a good Skoda Rapid. The support throughout the process of buying and RC transfer, documents transfer has been great so far. I am giving 4 stars only because it's not a long term relationship with Spinny yet.

The Overall purchase experience was good . The best part was Spinny hub was close to my place and this hub itself had plenty options of used cars. The car we purchased fitted our budget very well , it is working very well and I am happy with my decision and I would like to recommend spinny to others to too , who are looking for used cars in their budget.

Good sale experience
I sold my Innova through Spinny and it was a very smooth experience. I have sold cars in the past by other means and this was my first time using Spinny. The process is easy to follow and the deal was closed in quick time. The payments were as promised and the withheld amount was also paid on the subsequent sale of my car in a reasonable time. Overall I am happy with the excellent service and I will recommend Spinny to others as well.

OTP shared but Spinny hasn’t released by 2k yet
When I sold the car, I was told that they are going to hold 2k with them and I’ll get it once I share the OTP during RC transfer. Now it has been more than a month since I share the OTP for the RC transfer but hasn’t received my 2k yet.

While handover
While handover, cleaning was not done properly.
Under the carpet tons of dog hair.
Rear left tyre was keep leakey. It was not addressed while selling or delivering.
Number plate was broken condition. Sales team offered that will send the plates to home itself. You know what? Nothing happened till now.
Price also bloated compare to the equivalent model in market. Just the ready to pickup and varieties in view ended up with spinny.

Very bad battery condition.
Very bad battery condition.. I took car from Spinny on 13th April, just drive 110 Kms, not even two months battery is gone, I called to customer care nit at all good response from them and told that battery we don't have warranty... again i have to spend money almost 10K..
This is not good ...im not recommends.. over all bad experience

It has been 248 days since I sold my car to Spinny, yet the vehicle has not been transferred. I have been following up on the transfer, but I am receiving no response from Spinny; meanwhile, fines totaling ₹17,000 have already been levied against the vehicle. Please let me know when the transfer to the new owner will be completed; if you are unable to do so, you may return the car to me.

Stereo system is faulty, Engine Sound
Stereo system is faulty, at the time of demonstration, Spinny said, it is running problem but Bluetooth is also not working. Radio is horrible
There is too much sound in Engine
Suspension is not good, not able to clear small hump without touch while sitting four person including driver

It's not a good experience but better than other places
1. During first visit time ,the seller Man at counter told for more discount,but later on he didn't do as per his promise.
2.Behind the back seat , the platform for bag was not given with the vehicle.
I hope in future the coy will improve their service and handling with new buyers (First time buyer ).
