Canceled my order, but they sendt it anyway. They wrote in a email after they sendt it; «Oh we did not se your email befor now» 😡

James was very helpful when advising me of where to find the corresponding numbers related to my hedge cutter which then made it an easy process to find the part I needed.

JAMES was very helpful, identified the part i needed straight away, he informed me as it's not a stock item it will take about 15 days.

James was brilliant in helping me to obtain the “lost parts” for my Ryobi Multitool. He explained expected Delivery times and costs which included Delivery. .. so all in all a successful experience. 👏🏻👏🏻

Have been waiting approximately 5 months for spare parts, and have paid in full for these parts. There has been barely any correspondence or communication during this period of time. We have requested a full refund weeks ago to no avail, with no refund in sight at this moment in time. We as a business will definitely not use this company in future.

I ordered a replacement throttle cable for a strimmer. Payment was taken and then the problems started.

I am now 3 weeks post order and still no stock with this supplier. When queried you will receive an email stating "Brexit" is causing supply issues.... Yes really!!

So save yourself any delays. And order from somewhere that actually holds their own stock. Certainly do not order from here if you need an item in a reasonable timescale

Still waiting for parts to be delivered from the 18th May!!! Been in touch but nothing doing! I would suggest not to use!

Scam site, do NOT use. Made the mistake of ordering a lawnmower part from this company. Took two months to send my order (and with multiple chaser emails sent). Then they sent completely the wrong part which is of no use to me, despite my sending a photo of the required part to them prior to ordering, and following the link they sent to order this part. This was a month ago. Requested a refund and now they are not responding to emails. I repeat, this is a scam site, do NOT use.

The part I needed had to be ordered from the manufacturer. It still turned up pretty quickly. Saved me a fortune. Will definitely use you guys again in the future.

Ordered a pert for a Ryobi pressure washer, they seemed to be the only suppliers of this part.
Although it took longer than expected, James was very helpful, sending a parts list to clearly identify, and keeping regular contact (that it still hasn't arrived) by sending emails on Friday and Sunday nights.
As a maintenance engineer myself I fully appreciate the problems sourcing parts.

I have two orders from them, one has been closed without any information and for this second I am still waiting for delivery, credit card has been charged, but goods have not been despatched is still show processing. Is now over 3 weeks down the line and still nothing!! They not even send any email or text with explanations.

I was met on the phone with a friendly greeting. I stated to the man what I wanted. He repeated my order, asked me to hold the line, and I didn’t have to wait very long before he returned with description of the item and told me the total price including postage. Very efficient, and obviously was knowledgeable about the item. Tip to management:- Look after this employee, I hope he’s on duty when I ring next time.
