Loved working with spacejoy! My designs came back and I was amazed! They listened to me and the changes were timely and I loved them

So grateful that I found space joy. Only 1 of my projects is finished and I am overly excited and happy with my experience. The communication was consistent and informative. I feel like my office is so ME! How did you do that?! I’m just thrilled and couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially since I did try out one of your competitors and was extremely disappointed. I will be keeping space joy in my back pocket for all future designing.

This was a complete waste of time. Spacejoy was a disappointment in every sense of the word.

We purchased our home about a year ago. I’m a UX designer but quickly realized that doesn’t translate as much as i would like to interior design. I had purchased several pieces for our oddly shaped living room, trying to make it a homey farmhouse feel with no success. I was excited to discover Spacejoy, especially in this Pandemic where we are spending almost all of our time at home. The designer really followed my input and returned an amazing design! The renderings are so realistic - it really got me excited about transforming my living room. I’ve already placed another order to design our bedroom next! Great service!

I have signed up for several rooms in a new house to be designed by Spacejoy. The process is seamless, timely and user friendly. The design of the living room is beyond my expectation and the designers have made some very helpful suggestions. I'm looking forward to piecing everything together to create the image they shared and for the designs of the other rooms.

I’m really happy with the design of my living room. Even just having someone sort through the thousands of possible options to find *the* right chair, and right placement of furniture was worth the cost It took a couple of iterations to come up with right look, but my designer was responsive and creative with my room’s limitations. Definitely thumb’s up!

I really enjoyed using Spacejoy and I plan to use it again. They gave me ideas for the room that I had not considered before. The only thing that I got a little stuck on was the product ordering process and communication. I got a little nervous because there was so much money involved and was hoping to hear from people a little quicker than I did. But I trust the company from my experience with customer service and I plan to use the service again in the future.

Glad I chose spacejoy. They stay within my budget .Excellent product selection.They listen to all details we provide and gives us a ultra realistic 3D Design for a reasonable price .

I've had the best time working with Spacejoy. When your vision is articulated better than what you could've imagined it puts a giant smile on your face. I placed an order for products from various retailers on Spacejoy. The estimated delivery date of a rug, from my product list was March 2021! Spacejoy quickly cancelled the product and found me an alternative that had a shipping period of 3 weeks. Loved the experience!

My designer did an awesome job with my space. She definitely helped me see a clearer vision, which was impossible for me before. So thank you to my designer and the space joy team!

This was such a pleasantly surprising experience. They took my room to a whole new level with layouts and ideas I would have never come up with. We used interior designers and color advice alone was triple the price of the top package here. Furniture and decor recommendations were very reasonable as well and for ones I didn’t use having recommended dimensions made shopping a lot easier. Will be using it for more rooms.

I ordered several packages from Spacejoy. All designs were received by or before the promised date. The designs were nicely done and the designer Ellysia made changes accordingly and addressed any of my concerns in a timely manner.
I gave 3 stars for the ordering of products. I received a confirmation upon ordering but little to no communication regarding status of deliveries ect unless I asked. It wasn’t updated in the app as stated.

They offer quality room renders and are very responsive. Excellent product choices within my budget.

Frustrating experience. Wrong items delivered, higher priced items than what was initially stated, wrong name used. Lack of communication.

I’ve used modsy and I am now a raving fan of spacejoy. My designer is absolutely fabulous! I have sent four different families to spacejoy because of the unique design, attention to detail, and quality of service provided. I just can’t say enough good things. Hands down the best design service that I have ever used and I am overjoyed with my new home because of spacejoy! They make design easy/peasy and have made my home truly spectacular!
