Really happy with the results from Spacejoy! One of the design options for our dining room was perfect and we are in the process of implementing it!

This was a proper waste of time and money. Spacejoy was a disappointment in every sense of the word, is more oriented to design your dollhouse rather than a proper house. Often they don't understand your requests, even if you clearly specify to them what you need, between a change and another even if a small one they took ages. No sense of style at all, I definitely won't use it again!!!

The whole experience with Spacejoy has been amazing. I was impressed with Reba right off the bat, it was so nice to actually have a human answer the phone.
Lauren was a joy to work with. She listened to my needs & wants and came up with a beautiful design that we were able to tweak just a little bit to give me the room I always wanted.

I really thought there would be a more back and forth to get to the final result but I responded to the first set of options and haven't heard anything since. So I guess that is the end of it.

I'm still in the process of placing my order, but my experience with Spacejoy so far has been positive. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Spacejoy's customer service was very responsive and helpful.

The first design I received was beautiful, but there were a couple issues:

1. The dimensions were way off what I submitted in the initial onboarding documentation, so the entire layout was wrong.

2. The items chosen for the design were way over the budget I gave.

I submitted my feedback to Spacejoy immediately and within a couple weeks had a new design. It was PERFECT.

Everything about the second design was lovely. The room dimensions were spot on. The items were very much to my taste (and within budget). I loved it.

But I still had a few questions. I checked the prices on the recommended items and noticed that a few were overpriced from the retailer's site. Unsure how this worked, I messaged my designer, Maggie (who was lovely), and she put me in touch with a customer service agent.

He was able to better help me understand the ordering/shipping process and ensure me that I wouldn't be charged for shipping if my order qualified for free shipping with the retailers (which it did for most).

Right now, I'm in the process of ordering the first round of items. I placed my order through Spacejoy and received a personal call today to inform me that one item was on backorder for a few months and ask if I'd like alternative options.

All around, I think Spacejoy is a great company. The pricing for the design packages is unbeatable. I mean, as someone who can't put a color palette together to save my life, Spacejoy has saved me COUNTLESS hours and mental/emotional turmoil by designing my (awkwardly-shaped) space.

Everyone I've interacted with so far has been kind and helpful.

Highly recommend to anyone who's design challenged (like me) or just wants help creating a beautiful home.

If you're like me and designed challenged, use Spacejoy. It took me less than 30 min to send them the details (photos, what I was looking for, etc) and the first design that was sent back was almost perfect - I made minor adjustments and the designer I worked with was able to plan the perfect space. The 3D renderings look exactly like my room.

The shopping was easy they had a 10% promo so it ended up being cheaper than me ordering on my own. Their customer service was attentive, quick and efficient. My bedroom is now complete. :)

I enjoyed this process so much - I just ordered 2 additional 'rooms' :)

Spacejoy provided excellent services. Throughout the process, they gave us accurate times of how long processes would take and responded to all inquiries about our projects in a timely manner. The designs were beautiful, and they made the updates exactly as we asked.

I have really enjoyed this service. We created an office for my kids to do virtual school and they are so happy about the black and white office space that was created. I also had a room concept created for my family room and I didn’t 100 percent love the first design so the designer recreated the concept and it now fits my needs. I will continue to use this service to help with room Design and planning

It was quick and simple! The designer followed exactly what I asked for, and quickly switched out the elements I didn't like. I tried another online design website for another room. Spacejoy was cheaper, faster, and did a MUCH better job.

I absolutely loved using SpaceJoy. My designer Lauren, did such an amazing job of meeting my design goals of creating space with a lot of storage in my studio apartment. All the pieces she picked were perfect and utilized space I didn’t even know I had, while keeping it all really homey which I absolutely love. I’m moving from a studio to a 1br and can’t wait to use SpaceJoy again!

The design was creative and fun to work with. My designer was speedy and quite communicative.

Really like some of the ideas and appreciate they do revisions until you’re happy. Quick easy process!

SpaceJoy was so much more than I expected. I am moving into a new house and had no furniture and no clue what to do with the living room. They took my Pinterest board and style quiz and came up with two great choices. Revisions were easy and quick and now I know exactly what to buy. I highly recommend SpaceJoy!

Spacejoy is great! It was a fairly simple process, but I was amazed at the 3D model created of my room and the incredible job that the designer did choosing furniture that not only looked great, but worked with our needs (i.e., kid and pet-friendly fabrics, places to store toys etc.)

Will definitely come back for future rooms.

This an en exceptional service - the precision of the 3D space design is the most uniquely valuable and distinguishing feature. On the flip side, I never felt like I was working 1 on 1 with a designer. I didn't know his/her name, an outside of the overall comments I never communicated with her or him. This felt a bit weird because I wanted to see if I had the same designer for my various rooms.

Very satisfied. Good communication and execution. Nice designs and revisions. And great price for the designs.
