Ordered a part for the tractor a week ago. Had to sign up for an account just to get tracking details. Paid $50 to ship a $20 part. Then had to yet another $20 for import fees or I would not be able to receive the parts. NOBODY from SP would email back outside of the canned "go to the website" canned response. Not one word from the company saying indicating I would have to pay MORE in shipping fees than I already did. I would NEVER recommend this company. Lack of proper communication and auto generated responses suck. If I could cancel my order and get a FULL refund I would.

I suggest as discussed to update correct stock position on line. so that customer won't place PO and sent payment. He informed there company will take care in future

Reasonably priced item, placed an order on July 31st. Received an email confirming the order and payment. Since then haven’t received any follow up email regarding on shipping, which the previous email claim will happen. Where’s my order ? It’s been 6 days now with no signs of dispatch. Sent 2 emails to follow up and no reply at all.

Hice el pedido hace 4 días y se supone que el pedido tarda según la web de 1 a 3 días.
Les he escrito a su correo, les he llamado ayer y hoy, y la persona que contesta el teléfono no tiene información alguna del envío de mi pedido. Ella tb. les escribe y sin respuesta.
Un desastre, si pudiera, anularía mi pedido ahora mismo.
Ahora tras escribir aquí me responden que ha habido un error y que me llegará a primeros de la semana que viene, eso es 21 o 22 de julio. La realidad del transportista es aproximado el 28 de julio. Muy poca seriedad. Y eso que los gastos de envío no son nada baratos.

Completely unacceptable lack of communication, ordered some bearing and got the automated email confirming roughly a week went by and had heard nothing, finally they replied saying that there was a problem with the forwarder api system and they are unable to trace the parcel, investigation opened with no results and have proceeded with a refund, it had been 5 days with no return payment or product, we needed these parts urgently and it has been nothing but stress and waste of time and our vehicle is still broken down. There has been dishonesty, lack of communication and wasted time. Not acceptable by anybody standard, upgrade your company management because it's rubbish

My enquiries were addressed and handed in timely by both Emmar and Christian. Their customer service was excellent.

the parts were reasonably priced. the website was easily navigated.. my employer decided after I had already placed the order to get a second opinion on the broken equipment and I needed to cancel my order. I was able to locate an online chat, provide my order information and have the transaction canceled within minutes.. I did try to call first and an automated machine told me to go online then left me to leave a message. that part was strange honestly but we got it done. so no harm no foul
