Very happy with the service. Very discreet and reverent. I am especially grateful to Obitus for allowing the whole service to be seen on the watch again facility, it had been cut short on the live view due to time pressure.

Thank you for providing a lovely venue for my husbands funeral. Everything was provided as I had requested and I had a lot of appreciative comments on the way the service was handled. In the run up to the day nothing was too much trouble. Even though Covid rules had to be adhered to, they were not intrusive. The spacious car parking was very much appreciated for space for the mourners to stay a little longer to talk to loved ones.

I chose South Leicester as an alternative to the family tradition of using Gilrose crematorium. Without doubt the whole experience exceeded my expectations, something a bit more modern, light and airey, to take the edge off a sad day. Highly recommended.

The crematorium's website is excellent, explains all the options and their costs. You can even listen to tracks from their huge music library. Due to COVID, we particularly wanted the funeral to be broadcast on the web and that happened without a hitch. I liked the layout of the chapel; the coffin was centre stage and it was nice to have a photo of our loved one prominently displayed throughout. I wouldn't hesisitate to recommend this venue to others.

Everything was excellent even in these difficult times and the passing of our mum, thankyou to everyone concerned.

The staff and organisation were brilliant. Everything went smoothly, just what people need in what can be a very difficult time.

Everything ran very smoothly, covid precautions were in place, so felt completely safe. Staff were polite and respectful.

This crematorium is outstanding in a peaceful, tranquil setting with beautiful landscaped gardens.

The building is fairly new and immaculate inside. With Covid restrictions in place cleanliness is very important for all. Seats clearly marked where to sit.
Everyone at the funeral treated with total dignity and integrity.
Only negative was the first name of deceased was spelt incorrectly.

The whole service from start to finish was perfect, the undertakers were very respectful and introduced themselves to me, nothing was rushed. Everybody was told where to sit with families in the same bobbles together. Everything went to plan apart from I asked for the lighting to be changed to pink during the slideshow but didn’t realise this didn’t happen until I played the webcam later that evening.

Lovely pleasant with well maintained gardens and surroundings. The inside was clean, airy and respectful with courteous and dignified staff

Even during these odd times the service for my Mum was done with dignity and felt very personal. The service was carried out exceptionally well.

Due to the Covid restrictions- we were still provided with a beautiful location, the reason we chose South Leicester.
