Under current restrictions then everything was done to make the service as pleasant an experience as possible under the circumstances. The Crematorium was clean, tidy, well kept staff were courteous and respectful.

The facilities are great and our requests were dealt with in a professional manner and with sensitivity

Provided excellent service and understanding in difficult times for the family and working within covid rules. It was comforting as these things can be to say our good byes to Dad.

Lovely setting, with an up to date and modern chapel area and friendly and polite staff.

In the space of 8 weeks I had to use your services twice and I must say how happy and grateful ( I cannot think of a better word in these circumstances) myself and my family are for your help, commitment and support at such an awful time in our lives for us as a family. The building is set in a lovely surrounding and the services were conducted in a very non-rushed way. By that I mean that we didn’t feel like we were in a ‘conveyor belt’ scenario- one in one out. There was total respect from everyone involved and for that I would like to send my sincere thanks, especially in these terrible Covid times.

The venue is lovely and the views over the fields are beautiful. Our service was very nice, the only thing I can be negative about was that one of the screens that was showing photos of my mum throughout the service, at additional cost, was broken so half of the people in attendance could not view the photos.

When your heart is breaking and tears just flow you need kindness and understanding to help you manage this terrible time .The staff especially Tony were just so professional and understanding thank you .The office team were also brilliant thanks Emily . Paul

During these difficult times our small Covid restricted funeral was conducted with compassion and respect. The Crematorium is beautifully maintained and everyone I came into contact with was utterly charming .

Nice location, well executed, though I haven't received communication about disposal of ashes over a week and a half after the service.

Lovely tranquil place. Very nice facility to bid farewell to your loved ones.

We were late in arriving at the Crematorium but we had booked an hour's slot to cover such problems. When we arrived the chosen music welcomed us into the 'chapel' and everything then flowed so smoothly. The room was comfortable and welcoming. The short commital was taken by our own clergyman and was calmly undertaken with music in appropriate places. Our chosen music was found by the Crem staff without difficulties I believe - they were very helpful beforehand.
A cremation is not something that the family were looking forward to but it was all undertaken with care, dignity, sympathy with no feeling of being rushed despite our late arrival. Thank you all so much.

Such a beautiful Tranquil setting. I’m not familiar with the area but was very impressed with Countesthorpe. My Brother would have been proud of the venue

A lovely calm and peaceful place, even though the occasion is sad.

Whilst I understand restricting numbers inside at jackies funeral family bubbles meant half the chapel apart from first 2 isles were empty surely it was possible for more family bubbles with social distances could have joined inside

Funeral service went very smoothly, everywhere clean although people last to enter said there was very little hand sanitiser left
