The crematorium is well presented in a lovely quiet setting and very clean. The staff were very helpful too when I collected my mothers ashes

Lovely setting, enough time for the funeral service without feeling rushed, time to talk to mourners afterwards despite the COVID restrictions. Calm atmosphere inside the room where the service took place. Everything went to the well rehearsed plan. We felt that we gave our mother a fitting final farewell.

The service was excellent, from the Funeral arrangement by the Co-op, the conducting off the service by Christine Howell the minister and the presentation and everything at the South Leicester location.

Had both my mum and dads funeral here. Very professional and a lovely setting

On 9/4/21 we had a lovely service for my father the place was lovely and clean the photo projected on the screen was clear for all to see and the vicar spoke very clearly I cannot fault the place everything was lovely

The venue is absolutely beautiful and such a lovely place. The technology is amazing and although we had a restricted service due to Covid the service was lovely and just what my Mum wanted for her late husband. It could not have been better.

Lovely place, very calm and beautiful. Could not fault a single part of it.
Even though it is very busy it does not seem so. There is plenty of parking and easy to navigate.

Plenty of parking, facilities very clean, staff quiet and helpful. Funeral went to plan.

The family could not fault the facilities at this Crematorium which were light and welcoming. The projector and lighting was a lovely touch as was the Obitus music system and Webcam facilities which were particularly poignant and an important attention to detail at this time, enabling family and friends to join us online. Mum was very well served by this Crematorium with the facilities second to none. Thank you very much to all of the staff at the South Leicestershire Crematorium for their professional service.

I was very pleased with everything.
Obviously we could not speak to any person face to face, but all my telephone conversations with the all of the staff were very helpful, respectful and very professional.
On the day of my mum's funeral it was beautiful, one of the funeral ladies walked in front of the hearse which I thought was a lovely touch.
I would certainly recommend them.
Also the service at the Crematorium was lovely and well presented, a very professional organisation. Thank you.

A very clean and pleasant environment to say farewell to a loved one. The service was lovely and went very smoothly. The facilities of using video screens for photographs (and also to display words to hymns) was supportive for family and friends to reflect on past memories. The sound system was excellent for the songs we had chosen and to listen to the pre-recorded choir singing the hymn. A very quiet area with a pleasant memorial garden with fountain.

Good setting, excellent video facilities, ample parking and general calm and relaxed atmosphere .

What an amazing beautiful place, we could have been in The Highlands the peace and solitude made it so personal & a place Dad spoke about after attending a friends service. We did overrun but never at any point felt rushed out or moved on, all the feedback from family worldwide from video link was what a beautiful place & service. Thank you all so much. He would have loved it.❤️😇

Amazing couldn’t do enough for us would highly recommend anybody fantastic service brilliant staff cannot recommend them enough The attention to detail was amazing all I can say is thank you once again
