When we arrived the first impression was a little different. But as soon as we met the team we were given a friendly welcome and were reassured by the team. We saw the indoor parking, which is ideal. The drop off and collection to the ship was excellent and timely. We will use the service again 100%.

Start of our Cunard cruise was being met with a very miserable and rude man lining up our car. Not helpful at all and made us feel like an inconvenience, then the lady checking over our car was polite and helpful but was rushing us and trying to take our keys before we had even taken our cases out of our boot. Not a great first impression of cps, as didn’t feel very professional or give us pleasant start to the day of our cruise. Will look elsewhere next time and won’t recommend to friends or family.

We were very very disappointed at the Service of Southampton CRUISE PARKING services. After a two week cruise trip, we waited at the terminal for an hour and a quarter in freezing weather. When everyone called to be collected we all got the same voicemail! No one in the office would answer any calls!!!!
The queue had 40 people with two weeks of luggage and the van could only take 12 people at a time. In our experience, this company is a pure disaster and so beware we regret we did not pay the extra and park at the terminal car port!

We had to make a late booking on a Sunday , the day before our cruise. The people i spoke to were so helpful and reassuring , they helped me to book and explained the whole process. They sent me an email that gave a detailed breakdown of the whole process. We found the centre easily , staff were waiting to take the car and help with luggage, we were soon on a minibus to the terminal , the driver explained where to wait when we came off the ship.
When we disembarked we easily found the queue by the flag, the queue was long but we didn't wait long . Our car was parked up ready for us to leave. I would definitely use the service again, all staff were extremely helpful and professional.

Good service - but didn’t see them do a video - this meant that I didn’t feel as confident

We waited 40 minutes for the transfer, outside in the cold, in a disorganised queue. Disappointing.

We used Southampton cruise parking because it was close to the port, and inside parking. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They were also very helpful with cases, bags. putting them in your car.

Well second time we have used this company and what great guys they are. Car is kept undercover and transfers to and from the ship was efficient and quick . Would recommend .

Fantastic service. We arrived at the car park and only waited for a few minutes before we were driven to the cruise terminal. Dropped outside front door to terminal and just a few metres from baggage drop of.
On return we followed their instructions and text as soon as we disembarked.
Text once again as soon as we arrived at their Flagged pick up point.
It was 20 minutes from first text until driver arrived. In that time we walked out of terminal and collected cases. So were probably waiting 10 minutes.
When we arrived at car park our vehicle was pulled out to exit point and ready to drive away. From first text to driving away took 40 minutes.
Car kept indoors in large warehouse facility.
Will definitely use again and there is not one area that I could criticise them on.

Excellent customer service provided by Southampton Cruise Parking Services. Our recent 14 day cruise was made all the more pleasureable knowing the family car was being properly and carefully safeguarded. The fully enclosed warehouse is exceptionally clean and not a speck of dust was evident on the car when we were transported from the ship to pick it up. The drop off and pick up was entirely seamless and without any delays. The staff were most attentive, ensuring transfers of luggage and passengers ran smoothly. I very strongly recommend this company for their level of customer service, polite staff and the exceptional safeguarding they provide for vehicles left under their care.

I have used SCPS before and will return! The service is fantastic. It’s easy to drop off and pick up your car and the staff are super helpful in terms of loading and unloading luggage. I like the fact that it’s ‘door to door service’ meaning there is very little walking. They drop off right by the luggage points for cruises and pick up from the same point. Perfect!

Very clear instructions with a repeat set emailed immediately before travelling. Changed the car reg a week before travelling with a straight forward telephone call and no admin charge. Transfers between site / port very efficient and no delay on getting car. Don't expect a luxurious waiting area but we weren't there for more than 5 mins so no issue. Great service.
