Southampton Cruise Parking Services Recenzje 

We used Southampton Cruise parking as we were very impressed with them when we used them last year. The guys and the service was very good again this year, however they appear to have contracted a third party ‘Pete’s Airlink’ who took us to the terminal. The driver made a number of personal comments to a fellow passenger which made the experience quite uncomfortable. In addition there was a verbal altercation between the driver and a passenger at the terminal. All in all this was not the stress free start to our cruise which we were expecting. I should add that the regular staff were very good but this was a disappointing experience for us down to this individual.

Simple to use system of drop off and pick up. Car was safe during our cruise and waited for me , ready to go when the bus dropped us off. Bus driver was very helpful, and loaded the bags into my car for me. Only issue was they could do with a bit space when you drop the car off. Will use this service again

Booking easy. Staff friendly & helpful. Bit of a wait for the bus to take us to the terminal. Car not videoed on arrival - staff too busy so I vidoed it myslelf.
The pick-up instructions were unhelpful. No flag, banner or sign & we walked 50yds to the wrong area & the link in the pdf instructions to locate the bus did not work.
The terminal staff were helpful & we phoned the office & got clear instructions to the bus which was already waiting

Both drivers to and from the terminal were great. Dropping off the car was straightforward, a very helpful staff member (he was orchestrating the cars & the taxis ) told us that an accident had blocked the road to the ship terminal, however the company’s driver was fantastic navigating the roads to avoid the inevitable traffic backlog and get us there in plenty of time. The staff on reception were lovely and reassuring. On our return, I spoke with Christina who was charming and very helpful. Also, the website is easy to navigate and easy to book their services including the text updates.

First time cruisers and found the experience of parking so easy. Directions clear, pick up and transfer to dock very efficient. Knowing the car was in a secure covered space gave peace of mind whilst away. Collection was swift too.

I used this service for the first time from 18/4 and returned to collect my car on 25/4. Fast efficient service. Taken from where we dropped the car to the port via mini bus. Helped with our luggage which was especially good as my mum has limited mobility. Friendly drivers. Car waiting when we got off the ship and no issues with it.

The service is first rate, both taking us to the ship at the perfect location to be drop and collecting after our trip.
The car was as it was left no mileage, no scratches etc and the staff are very attentive and quick to deal with you. Location and direction to find the place was quick and easy.

Having only booked parking and. Not actually used it yet it’s very hard to comment . However the booking a parking place seems to have gone without a problem so all ok so far .

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! SCRAPED OUR CAR AND THEN TRIED TO COVER THE DAMAGE USING PAINT WHICH DIDNT EVEN MATCH! DISHONEST STAFF WHO DIDNT EVEN TELL US! AM WAITING FOR MANAGER TO SEND PRE AND POST VIDEOS….. DO NOT AND NEVER USE SOUTHAMPTON CRUISE PARKING. CHAOS AT TERMINAL PICK UP AS WELL

First time I’ve used this parking and was very impressed, well organised, very quick dropping us to the ship and also on collecting us, car was out all ready to go can’t fault it 10/10

We started our cruise holiday by using Cruise Parking Southampton.

Directions were clear and we found the location easily. We metJag who arranged for our free transportation to our ship and reassured us that although our car was a Toyota Hybrid if we texted or called upon our return they would not only collect us from the ship but make sure our car was charged. It was very reassuring as Hybrids are notorious for running flat after 2 weeks.

The OUTSTANDING service was upon our unexpected delay in returning to Southampton.

My husband fractured his hip and we were offloaded in the Azores. I called Jag at Cruise Parking Southampton and informed him of our possible delay. I also asked his advice on having our car returned to Lancashire as our Travel Insurance would be flying us directly home.

I arranged for Compassionate return of our car through the AA but Jag at CPS was awoken several times in the middle of the night by the possibility that they were collecting our car. Jag then filmed the process and made sure I was aware of exactly what was happening.

The relief this gave me and the kindness of Jag at CPS was above and beyond what I could have expected and I am exceedingly grateful.

Very good and fast service. Nothing to waste time. I reckon for other passengers choose this place.

From start to finish they provided an excellent personal service. The instructions were very clear on whereto go and what to do. A professional and friendly service was provided with no waiting around, and help was given with luggage. I would confidently book with them again and can recommend using Southampton Cruise Parking.
