I wanted to connect Bang & Olufsen "Beolab 3" speakers to a Marantz preamp, and "Sounds Heavenly" were able to send me the perfect cables to interconnect them (RCA plugs at one end, DIN plugs at the other). This is the second time I've ordered cables from Steve, and I couldn't be happier with their product and service :-

After 40 years or so a cable to my naim amp disintegrated. After ordering the wrong cable Steve made everything very easy. I think he may have interrupted his holiday for me to provide return instructions. He also ensured he understood what I needed so the correct cable with correct configuration (very important) was supplied. There is just one problem with service this good, he makes everyone else second rate.

Steve is great and give perfekt advice. He has everything that you can wish for. My Beolabs 5 works has a charm;

This was my first purchasing experience with Steve at Sounds Heavenly. I contacted Steve via email and asked various questions before I made my order, the response was quick and friendly and Steve assured me the cables were the correct ones I needed to connect my New Beosound 9000 to my Sonos system.
I ordered the incorrect cable length, no worries Steve just sent the length I required the same day and I sent the incorrect one back for a full refund.
