Reliable Company
Excellent quality products with a good range to choose from. Found everything I wanted for a complex low-voltage project in one place. Fast shipping. Did have a delivery issue where an order was lost in transit by the (usually reliable) courier. Dealt with smoothly by the company with an immediate offer of refund or re-shipment. Recommended.

Hi Leslie,
We completely understand your frustration and we’re genuinely sorry about what happened with your delivery.
Unfortunately DX Express informed us that the parcel was lost in transit, which is something outside of our direct control. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we tried to resolve it as quickly as possible and also offered to send a replacement shipment, however we understand you preferred a refund instead.
The refund was processed immediately and we appreciate your patience while we investigated the situation with the courier.
We always aim to provide a reliable service and it’s disappointing for us as well when a carrier fails to deliver as expected.
Kind regards,
