Vanessa has been really kind, friendly and positive. She was very patient as I viewed the property with two toddlers, and was very helpful in explaining details of the flat. On the phone and over email, Vanessa has been professional and encouraging. I'm grateful to her for helping me through the process so far.

As a long term shared owner I have been going through the process of staircasing to 100%. Roy at SoResi has been handling the case; he has been helpful with answering queries and is always very prompt in his responses. As many shared owners will testify, processes related to shared ownership properties can often feel lengthy and more complex; however, I have been pleasantly surprised with this transaction which has been progressing at a good pace with the help of Roy and the SoResi team. I have not yet made it to completion but so far the journey has been smooth, and I am very happy with the service from Roy at SoResi.

After being Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing shared owners for 9 years we finally staircased to 100% in May. The process took much longer than expected, with a less than straightforward route. However, when we contacted SoResi we were always rung back promptly and with the help of Holly Moran, in particular, everything was sorted out eventually. MTVH helped us to buy our property later in life when there were few other options.

Great customer service and attention to details, Sandhiya makes you feel like you are already at home and Weronika coordinated everything in a perfect way.

This is a well deserved 5 star rating for excellent professional service between February 2026 to date. Fran was my main point of contact, I found her helpful, approachable, professional responsive. This made the my experience smooth even when passed to other soresi teams the experience was the same. The aftercare has also been excellent as issues raised were addressed promptly and they do follow up. Keep up the good work, and many thanks to Andrea and Sherry as well. Heidi has been great!
Throughout the process, Heidi has been there with updates and reassurance. As this was my first time buying off-plan and not fully understanding the timelines of the move, Heidi has been great in supporting me through the process and explaining everything to me in full, and has kept pressure on the solicitors for updates.

SO Resi made our home‑buying experience far less difficult than we expected. From the moment we requested a viewing, Huw Baldwin and Renee were consistently kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and supportive, guiding us smoothly through the initial steps of purchasing our new home.
Once our mortgage offer was in place, Heidi Bainborough from the Progression Team stepped in to coordinate with us, both sets of solicitors, and our financial advisors. She ensured that everything stayed on track and that all requirements were met in time for the final stages of the process. Heidi was always approachable, reassuring, and genuinely helpful, and we felt we were in very good hands throughout.
As first‑time buyers, the process felt daunting and overwhelming at times, but having the SO Resi team by our side made a huge difference. Their support and guidance gave us confidence and peace of mind at every stage.

I was a shared owner with Metropolian Thames Valley Housing and So Resi. The latter mainly dealt with me when my resale prices started. The process to sell through them was slow and not very clear but once I got approved to sell in the open market everything was much faster. Their information online is clear and precise. The case handlers are approachable and very helpful.
