Excellent product and truly outstanding customer service.
Within one minute of using Sonnect’s Sound Bullet, I knew I wanted one—it’s that good. I ended up ordering that same night after a long load-in, but due to an issue with my bank’s authorisation app, I accidentally ordered two custom units… not a cheap mistake!
What happened next really impressed me. The very next day, I received an email, a phone call, and even a WhatsApp message asking me to get in touch. They also had an English option on the call service (which was a lifesaver as my Italian is still a work in progress).
They quickly helped me sort everything out and refunded the duplicate order without any hassle.
On top of that, I had tried to add an extra item during the original order, but due to the confusion, it didn’t go through.
The team followed up again, sent me a link with free shipping, and made sure I got exactly what I needed once I was back from tour.
Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had—and the product itself is excellent.
Highly recommended.

No possibility to choose…
No possibility to choose shipping-method. My order came B2B (with planned delivery on my door), and that do not work!
It was a struggle to make changes with shipping company, and they did not tell local delivery firm about the changes.
Otherwise: the item I bought was very expensive. And nearly 100 dollars in shipping-cost to Norway is way too much.

What can I say anymore
What can I say anymore. Make my life so much easier to check my input, outputs and xlr now. Best for band set ups on stage especially. And also works to check on 3 pins DMX lines. Just perfect to have this. A must have for techs.

Essential tool
The Sound Bullet isn't cheap, but it's the sort of accessory that once you get used to using it, it makes you wonder how you ever managed without it. Highly recommended!
