Honest and straight forward
I found this site appeared to be straight forward and honest. Hopefully it will prove to the case . We had three excellent representatives from three companies. We chose Prosolar in Byron Bay , because they were local and they said they could do the job before the government rebates cut off enc of April. They were the most money we hope we get the best value !!!!

The quote and Process with the Solar supplier JFK Solar was good. The new system has not been installed yet. The recommendation from Solarquotes was a good reassurance that I was going to a reputable supplier.

Contract with Vk electricals not delivered 1000$ deposit paid
I signed up a contract with Vk electrical for installation of solar storage battery on 16th oct/2025. Paid 1000 dollars deposit for quick 3-6 week installation, I was told why this deposit is so large. Since Beginning of Dec/2025 which was a failure of delivering as agreed they just keep promising that installation is coming but in reality it was just empty words. I contacted them at lease 20 times emails and calls but nothing is happening and they refused to refund my money. Also I was told they don't install but somebody else will do it. I never signed up for anybody else. They gave me Sunpower solutions contact to continue this. Of course I talked to them but they were not able to do anything about this installation.

That’s definitely not what we want for people using our service. The aim is to send you 3 great installers so you can compare options, not feel like your time’s been wasted. Pricing can vary a lot depending on the system and setup, but quotes shouldn’t be wildly out of step without a clear reason.

I found a reliable source of information on the topics of solar batteries and panels as well as heat pumps. The installers I used through Solar Quotes ( solar panels and battery and heat pump) were first class. Also great to have SQ behind you if problems occur.
