A very easy company to do business…
A very easy company to do business with. Some times a phone enquiry was a little late in response but always resolved , they used a local contractor for installation which was excellent ontime and very efficient
Would recommend to anyone looking at installing a home battery system

Disappointed Customer
I paid a deposit for a solar / battery installation in December 2025 , 4 months later still no solar or battery installed . So I then made the request for a refund of the deposit to find a more reliable supplier and to get my installation completed in a timely manner . So nearly 2 weeks after requesting the refund I am still chasing Solahart for my deposit to be returned.

Solarhart have been amazing in arranging a new hot water system & solar panels installation. Also accomodating early install of HWS when ours died before the planned install & rescheduling solar install due to house repairs. They’ve been great with communication & helpful in all areas. Highly recommended!

Professional, polite, open and honest
The installers were not only professional and polite, but took the time to explain the installation process, any anomolies or irregularities, and what they were doing to overcome them. Since the install - only a few weeks ago - any time we have a question, we receive a response in moments, even via email.
I still have a lot to learn about our new system, but look forward to the savings and energy independence.

Not good
Placement of the solar panels on the roof were NOT positioned where this company said the panels would be placed. The installers missed the best part (sunniest part) of the roof where some of panels should have been placed according to their own proposed layout. Eight of the 14 panels were placed in the part shadow of the two storey building next door, meaning some of those panels miss out on the eastern sun 🌞. It is late morning each day before all the panels are in the sun. My dissatisfaction was conveyed to the management to Solahart but all they were interested in was whether I would be paying my installation bill on that very day. I paid the bill on that day as requested because I realised that even if they did return, remove and reinstall the panels, then damage could have been done to the roof tiles, resulting in potential roof leaks. I would not recommend this company. I waited six months for the panels to be installed and then they put them in the wrong position.
