Auf dem Foto ist ersichtlich,
dass die Lichterrolle gleich hoch ist wie die Stange. Die Länge der Stange beträgt 22 cm, die Höhe der Lichterrolle 1,5 cm. Ja, es ist traurig, mit welchen Tricks da Leute Geld machen.

Absolutely disgusting - STAY CLEAR!
We ordered a modern indoor light for £150! It arrived back in March & was faulty. Since then we have been dealing with customer services who are absolutely appalling. In October they finally accepted that our light was faulty & requested we return it which we did & they received it on 31st October. They now have our money & our light & have ceased communicating with us.

Appalling company

Take months to deliver the product I ordered, then delivered the wrong product, and it didn't work anyway. Batteries were very old and leaking acid and remote didn't work

Customer service were worse than usless

Still dont have a working product, or the right product

No refund and not even a sight of a refund

If I didn't know better, i would say this business is a scam

Do not do business with them is my advice

Do not order from these.

I ordered & paid for 5 solar lights, showed proof of payment from my account, according to them they have no recollection of me ordering or paying for the items 😂

They continued to ask for a 5 digit code not listening to the fact that I didn’t receive any confirmation what so ever once I’d purchased.

Be very careful with this company! I ordered lights on an offer but at checkout was charged the wrong amount. Contacted customer services and after nearly 2months of back and forth (they take ages to respond sometimes). They agreed I had been charged the wrong amount but then in the next email back after I’d asked how soon I’d be getting my refund, they did a 180 and are now refusing to refund the difference.

Ordering and delivery great, products generally great - however on this occasion the one sensor light stopped working after only a few days. Despite more sunshine this week there is still no signs of life. Will have to return it.

Ordered some lights 6 weeks ago. Still waiting - been told there on the way so many times that there are blatantly lieing. Big mistake from them as was going to order several items for my new house.

Sent wrong item. Trying to contact for return. No response at all. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Ordered lights, lights came and one of four did not work so contacted by email and email has been read but no reply. Now three emails sent and still no reply or exchange. Noticed on FB they have horrendous feedback for not refunding or replacement or exchanges.
Do not deal with this company !!!!!!

I’m still laughing at how I managed to get mugged with the half price pile of s**t I bought! 4 solar lights that in the photo look about 5 times the size. For £65 I expected something better than the cheapest plastic the size of my hand. Do not buy anything from them it’s a typical Chinese con…..and thats from someone who has spent many weeks in China sourcing materials! If it looks to good to be true it is LOL

Sent the wrong lights, paid for postage to return , expecting replacement or refund. No refund no replacement, spent over £100. Chasing them to do something complete waste of time, they just reply saying they will look into it but do nothing. Shameful.

So I placed an order with solarenerglighting in August for over 55 pound . I’ve been fobbed off every email I’ve sent regarding my missing item , the company are a definite scam !!! I requested my money back but they’ve completely ignored me !!! They reply on here but Trust me and don’t buy from these people !!!

still waiting for replacement,as still in warranty etc. and have sent videos of lamp issue and John Smith even though has been helpful , has now gone quite and had no reply at all since.

Ordered on 8th of July, now 29th September. Still waiting for missing part and fed up being fobbed off with excuses. £185 down the Swanee as far as I’m concerned. John Smith (is that really your name?) are you reading this ?

I was hesitant at first, but these solar lights have proven to be a fantastic investment. They charge quickly during the day and provide bright lighting all night long. Plus, they look amazing!

I love these lights because they’re eco-friendly and still incredibly functional. They’ve made my outdoor space both stylish and sustainable. Can’t wait to buy more for the front yard.
