Fantastic support from Matthew, really pleased with the service!

The company provided what they said they would at the time they said and for the price agreed

Prompt, professional service. User guides clear and easy to follow.
We had specific problem with another 3rd party supplier and the Soho66 team went out of their way (especially Matthew) to resolve the problem.
If only all online suppliers were as efficient and effective as Soho66 - the world will be a better place.

I have contacted Soho66 several times over the past 2 weeks speaking to Reece and Matthew on the sales side and later with Blain about setting up the phone.
Reece talked me through the final setup this morning and the help and advice that I have been given throughout has been exemplary, at no point was I treated as being stupid and each of them had the time and patience to go beyond my expectation to explain what was needed to ensure the system was left fully working.
With staff of this calibre this company is a showpiece of how customer service should be, well done to you all.

This is not the first Five Star review that I've written for Soho 66.

I'm still learning the ropes with the VoIP telephony, and have to remind Technical Support that they're effectively dealing with a Muppet 🤪

No matter, I've had to call upon Soho 66 several times over recent weeks, and far from criticising my stupidity, they've replied to emails promptly, called me back when they promised to, and delivered professional, courteous, expert, and helpful advice to me in a language even I can understand!

My particular thanks to Matthew and Reece for their kind support. Both men are a asset to Soho 66.

I wanted to be able to use our VoIP number, which we've had with Soho66 since we moved from Kew years ago, away from home and especially on a forthcoming Caribbean holiday. The support from Soho66 was fantastic. I installed Groundwire on my phone, set it up with the excellent help page on the Soho66 website and it worked perfectly at once. Now I've got a different ringtone (from my mobile number) for incoming calls it is so easy to use and so very useful. And Soho66's call rates, UK and abroad, are ever so reasonable. Most months we pay them under £5 for the SIP service plus calls.

My experience with Soho66, particularly with Blain, was excellent. Blain was very helpful and provided great support throughout my interaction with Soho66. Their service was efficient and professional, making the process smooth and straightforward.

We entered this transfer of our existing line with a non standard site here. We did not have the technical ability to get our end of the equipment working. but BUT with your superb customer support engineer Blain this was achieved in a few minutes. we appreciate this level of assistance which we could not have achieved without his professional assistance.
