I have already experienced the disappointment after using the what I will call it “ Fake Priced Software”.
To good to be true, you betcha. Oh I was successful at first using the fake computer generated key, but when my drive failed and I tried to use the key again on the new drive it no longer worked and I couldn’t find the company I purchased it from.

My order was cancelled and my money refunded. I truly hoped to experience the benefits of Trend software again. The company issued me a new contract for an upgraded program at no cost to me. I had used Micro Trend in the past and founded it to be a great program. Thank you folks for the new program. I look forward doing business with you in the future and recommending it to my associates and friends.

It’s took me a few days figuring which online shop to rely on then I choose softwarekeep even though I living in Australia.As a new customer, I really impressed how fast and genuine services from this store. I had purchased Office 2021 but could not install it. Emre provided prompt, clear instructions and my installation was completed easily. This was one of the best customer service encounters I have experienced.

Emre was very helpful and solved my problem, but it was a third time I contacted the support group... First two times I was asked to email them and email address provided on my order must've been wrong, because the claimed never receiving my emails...

0 Stars ---- This is a very well orchestrated scam! If this much effort was put into a legitimate business, it would likely be successful. I will never understand how criminals think. Purchased software (at a discount..Not!) waited and waited for the email with the key and link that never appeared though it was supposed to appear in less than 15 minutes. Called the customer service number and it said something like, we are not taking calls at this time (at website the 24/7 customer service is bragged about). Called the number that came with the pending charge and it rings and rings and then hangs up. I will be disputing charges with help from credit card company. Unbelievable! Stay far away from these scam artists! /// I will not publicly display my email address. If you really want to make this right (highly doubt it....this is just part of the scam to make the company look legit) then send an email address where I may email you. /// Received an email from Softwarekeep sending a link to download my purchase of 2021 Microsoft Office upgraded to "professional". The link tried to download Microsoft Office 365 which I did NOT purchase. This is the same thing that happened before. I am convinced that Softwarekeep is a scam!! /// Ray from Softwarekeep called and was able to activate the correct Microsoft Office application on my computer. He was very polite and was able to get everything straightened out. I appreciate the follow-up and recommended more detail when a Microsoft product is purchased to avoid the hassle that I just went through. Based on my conversation with Ray, Softwarekeep does seem to be a legitimate business after-all. I only wish that all the confusion would have been avoided by a better explanation of the download process and the product naming that Microsoft now uses for all of their products. Ray said that he would pass along this suggestion. I hope it is utilized. Thank you Ray!!!!

Managed to mess up my Office 2019 H&B install using a "repair" from MS.

With assistance from Eric at 2am he got me back in business. Thanks

Eric was very helpful and done all the work remotely, while I just sat and watched.
He was also very helpful through out the call, and guided me through all the stages of the installation.
