I have some software compatibility issues with the application that I have bought from the company. The support from Eric and Anne were great! They were very prompt in replying my messages providing advice along the way. These prompt replies were very assuring as I am not that IT savvy. Thank you very much again for both of your support and help on my purchase.

Received an upgraded product with no extra charges.

Link provided for purchase didn't work. 24/7 support didn't respond timely.

I did, supposedly, receive a reimbursement for my purchase, but that remains to be seen until I can check my credit card bill.

Okay, Softwarekeep has reached out to me and explained what happened so I'm changing my one-star review to a 5 since they really want to solve my the problem. I'm impressed with the company!

I received a key for your traditional comperters, however I notified Software Keep and they switched my key to the 365 for a MAC. I lost no money and didn’t owe additional costs. They were very accomadating. Thank you Software Keep.

I had trouble installing MS Office on a new computer that I purchased. The program failed to load with the download link. I contacted the Company and received prompt support and was given another download link which worked. The Key that came with my download failed to Activate my program. Support instructed me how to Contact Microsoft by telephone to obtain a new Activation code. I have a hearing problem so support supplied me with a working Activation Code. I was very pleased that the Support team got back to me very quickly when I had problems.

I order Window 11 pro with SolfwareKeep. at first the code they sent had some issues. good thing they have 24/7 live support! and Eric my assistant help me get it through it.. !! THANK YOU VERY MUCH ERIC!

Good and best all the time

Emre went above and beyond to solve a bothersome problem related to my purchase of a Microsoft product. Instead of having to wait 30 days for Microsoft to resolve their matter, Emre found a way to resolve the issue right away. It was very much appreciated!

UPDATE: They did get back to me, and once contact was established, the refund came very promptly. I appreciate their work to fix a mistake I ultimately made, haha. Like I'd said originally, they're good people, I just wish contact was established a little sooner. I was a little upset when I made the initial review, so I was a little harsher than I meant to be lol.

OLD REVIEW: Purchased something from this company by mistake, and have been emailing their 'support line' to try and get help. Nothing. They keep sending me generic "check out our website and leave us a review!" emails. Okay. I'd like for your support team to actually email me back and talk about a refund for the item I purchased by mistake. I'm sure you're good people, and I hate being the bad guy. But I'd like my money back. And I don't like getting mass emails from your company every day when I haven't even gotten one responding to my request for a refund.

Prices are generally very good to excellent. I can only fault them for somewhat limited software types.

Eric E. was patient with my issue and connection for remote login so he could rectify the issues. I was pretty frustrated with the digital download and have been on chat 3 different times and Eric was hopefully able to resolve it. As of now it looks to be fixed. Thanks

Initial help with regular support was less than wonderful. We spent a full day ($1600 of my time) and got nowhere. Lack of knowledge by staff.
Remote Assistance with Eric was a refreshing change. He identified the problem and within 40 minutes, mostly download time the issue was fixed! He double checked that everything was working as well before signing off. Suggest that your regular support staff get more training on possible issues and perhaps a note in your download section to suggest if the install doesn't work to uninstall Office 365, install MS application and reinstall Off365.

Had a problem (I eventually resolved) with the software but the vendor didn't respond to my request for help. They should have helped. It's evident Microsoft sell various versions of 'Office' with more or fewer tools. To maintain authenticity, Softwarekeep could adopt the same strategy - but they don't. Is there any evidence of Softwarekeep being a recognised reseller for Microsoft? I think not.

I originally thought I would consider using Office 365 although I really didn’t want to. But I needed my data from Outlook moved and this is not something that can easily be done. So I called a company to have them move it and they wanted $750! Not an option for me. So I decided to buy Office 2021. Had a few snags so I called Softwarekeep for help since I purchased through them. Daniel was great to work with. He stuck with me until the issue was fixed! Highly recommend Softwarekeep!

After I felt forced to reinstall my operating system on PC again I tried to even reinstall my Shield Antivirus Maximum Computer Protection subscription but FAILED to do so.

The 'network' that is used is not friendly. In 2020 I used this system for the Suite of Microsoft Application, at that time, it took more time than should have. This year 2024 the delay was most Unbelievable; the network just could not stay correctly attached. Just do not want to bring up the problem again. Fifth day, did complete downloading...
