This comment is in stark contrast to your comments in our support system "more than satisfied-- You got back to me in less than 12 hours since I posted my question". Also, I see the note by one of our agents that they called you via the phone and resolved the issue you were facing.

Exceptional Support
Our installation of MS Office 2021 turned out to be more complicated than expected. Your Tech Support gentleman, Ray Bryan, remoted in and did an unbelievably professional and thorough job of diagnosing the snags and performing the installation on our behalf. He was also very kind and respectful. I worked in customer service for over 20-years. I know when someone does it RIGHT. He truly did!

I Ordered Wrong Software
I inadvertently ordered the wrong software for my new HP ChromeBook - the computer cannot run the software I ordered and paid for. I realized this when I tried to install the software. I send an email to software keep and within 15 minutes I had a response and within 30 minutes they processed a refund for the purchase. I find this to be excellent customer service and I will certainly do business with them when I need additional software or other items.

Fast Resolution
Emre simply took control of my computer and with a few knowledgeable clicks, solved my s-w activation issue. If I had a complaint, he did it so fast it was a little difficult to follow. Nevertheless, problem solved, s-w working fine and I'm happy.

It appears my issue has been resolved
It appears my issue has been resolved. There was some confusion about the time your rep would be calling me. When I booked the help session, I signed up for 7:30am on 14 August and received a confirmation. What I didn't notice was that the confirmation had a time of 9:30pm on 14 August. So I got ready for your call at 0730 and no one called at that time, but they did call at 0830 and my software problem was addressed at that time. So in conclusion, the software assist was great, the timing had some confusion associated with it.
