MY REVIEW IS GOOD

I honestly had a glad buying experience, but I made a mistake in ordering the software for a Mac. I sent them an email, and they cancelled the order and refunded me the money, so that I can order the correct software. And I deleted all emails regarding the product key, that was provided. My new software was then downloaded in about 12 minutes.

The Key is not recognized by the software producer. After many attempts I had to request a refund. Excellent customer service. All representatives including supervisors are knowleddged, professional and willing to help. I got my refund in a reasonable frame of time.

Just the right mix of professionalism and warmth.

I liked the product didn’t like that I couldn’t transfer license to my new MAC. I gifted my old MAC to my sister and I am going to try to upload the original download back onto the laptop. I had to delete my sensitive data prior gifting .

I contacted support because the software said that my key had already been used its maximum number of times. Paul provided pictures with corresponding arrows displaying what steps I needed to take in order to solve my issue. I sent him the required screenshot and he responded with the necessary code. The process was quick and easy.

Software keep gives a great value, and I've used the company several times. The only drawback is that the software install can be a 'it depends' process, however the support is great. Most recently tech Emre resolved an install problem quickly and expeditiously for me. Well worth the $100 discount relative to the microsoft store!

Emre timely responded to my support request and expertly handled my account issue. Kudos for this level of support!

All the process, selection, payment and download was simple and pro. All the programs operate as expected.

Directions not included and I have yet to receive the usb backup.

I purchased home and student. It took longer than the 15 minutes it stated to receive the activation key. Three hours later an activation key arrived for Office 21 Profesional Plus, I'm assuming this was upgraded for the delay. I was then delayed again with the activation key not working, but that was fairly quickly resolved after a few emails to customer support. Great service.

The prices were very good and the purchase process was simple. I have purchased a number of products before. When I received the download instructions, I was unable to successfully download the file. The support team responded to my email quickly and provided another link that worked fine and I was able to continue to install the application. The software license was accepted easily on setup and I was ready to use! Thank you Softwarekeep! I will be back

My experience was great because of the speed of responding and addressing my issues. The download link was for windows and I needed it for Mac. The support was quick and was able to get my software downloaded and running without any issues

Brilliant help to sort out a problem with Microsoft Office

Today, I really needed to be assisted with a software install with MS Office, after several failed attempts, I solicited the help of a wonderful Technical Specialist by the name of Emre. Emre was extremely patient, courteous, and clear. He stayed focused on the task and never gave up even when he ran into several systems difficulties. I appreciate his kind and patient approach.
