I ordered a 'Wheels like new' set.
I havn't used it yet but it looks good and arrived promptly.
I found it is best to log on to the site so you can see your order
On my previous purchase I didn't create an account but purchased as a guest and notifications were lacking but it worked out in the end.
For this order I had an account and I had good notification of my order all the time.
It's now 3 months later and I have used the cleaner,tire shine, brushes. The finish on my wheels is now superb. The soft wheel cleaning tool is ace. The tyre dressing applicators I don't really like as I found them difficult to use smoothly.
In conclusion though I do really like the cleaner and dressing and all the tools bar the tyre dressing applicators.

The products that Soft99 produce and sell are very good indeed, good value for money and distinctively packaged.
I cannot fault the quality of their products. The delivery times are good too, no complaints.
The website is so laggy though, I found it very difficult to navigate and order. I frequently had to delete items that had duplicated because of the delay from clicking on items.
It's a shame, because the site looks ok, but is a nightmare to use.

Been using these products since 2007 when I use to import them from Japan! I don't use anything else! Always work and easy to use.

I really like the soft99 products for performance and value for money. Im a Dad on a budget who does a lot of motorway miles, there maybe cheaper products on the market soft99 appears to have not only staying power on my car but also seems to go further than other products I've used.

First time ordering fromSoft99, communication for possible dates for items on back order could be better. After raised the issue with them Hassen was on it and responded professionally and resolved in in a couple of hours. Looking forward to receiving my order and trying out their products.

Wow, what a product.

Bought the Glaco glass compound roll on and Glaco DX. Amazing products, rain is non-existent on windscreen.
Took about an hour to do all windows on car, but I did get carried away and coated all windows and the sunroof.

Product claims to last up to 4 month, it’s still going strong after a week of British weather. But have no doubts to this claim.
