Placed an order and tried to correct it by calling the phone number on the website. Nothing at all !!! No one answered so I deceived to email them. Email address not recognised. Tried useing two other email addresses and nothing at all. Bad communication from Soft99. Purchased the products from another site

Products came really quickly. The wheel cleaner is easy to use and made a big difference compared to other products.
Glass compound and sealant very easy to use and such a big improvement in the winter weather.

They are the best in their field by far.

Icing on the cake would’ve been if they included something as ‘thank you’ for choosing them but regrettably not on my occasions.

I’ve purchased and used soft99’s waxes for many years with no complaints. However with this newest “mystery box” they're selling I’m disappointed with since the full kit just contained various wipes and 1 spray bottle so overall I’m a bit disappointed with the range of products in the mystery box, but as for quality no complaints.

Soft 99 is most likely the best wax you can get for an affordable amount that won't break the bank. I keep coming back every time

First time trying soft 99 and it was amazing, the ease to apply the wax and the shine brilliant but it doesn’t stop there next came the beading I’m defo gonna try other products
