Good for price

Great from start to delivery no complaints only problem I had was trying to fit the armrests on was trying to line up the holes with the metal frame after looking at it closely I took the metal strips off and swapped them over left side to right side and arms fitted straight away I don’t know if what i did was right but it worked for me done same to second chair and it only took me about 20 minutes instead of 2and half hours chairs are comfortable and happy with purchase would use them again

Very efficient and professional…

Very efficient and professional company. Contact via email and phone throughout the process. Superb value on chair purchased. Downside is the chair is comfortable I keep falling asleep in it! 100% recommended.

Delivery on time and to the driveway as…

Delivery on time and to the driveway as expected. Not convinced on the strength of the armrests of the couch as already feel like that are weakening !

UPDATE:
Had an issue with couch later, which ended up being a fault. Company replaced couch without issue and very friendly. Moved to 5 stars as Customer Service is excellent.

Excellent service

Ordered online, received phone call from somebody advising when delivery would be made along with instructions what to do before assembly. Would have been 5 stars but the seat padding could be better

Assembly of Chair

The chair is extremely comfortable and looks great. The only problem i had was assembly, the arm rests are not easy to fit and to be honest the Allen key provided is not adequate for the job. In the end I managed with and Allen key extension where I was able push the arm rests into position and exert more pressure to located the Allen screw and tighten the arm rests into position.

Very reliable

Very reliable, fast, and efficient despatch and delivery of the chairs. Well informed in advance of the exact time slot in which the chairs were to be delivered. Excellent customer service.

Happy to recommend the Sofa Company

A brilliant experience with a top quality company. Ordered a chair before 11.00 am, received a personal telephone call to confirm the order and the chair arrived at 8.00 am the following morning. Very pleased with the chair, well made and exactly what we expected. Will be happy to recommend the Sofa Company to all.
