Snug is a great service to manage and find properties to rent your local area, I moved from the UK to Sydney and managed to find a home in under 3 weeks of being here through Snug.

It monitors all your activity and property interests fantastically and it is easy to track any applications you have started or submitted.

They also send you property recommendations that suit what you are looking for based off what you have previously viewed and then once you have applied they send helpful tips through the process to help you with your move.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

Easy to use and fast from start to finish

Snug itself is rediculous, why would anyone want to see houses they didn't get from 4 years earlier please delete . Also why would anyone want the unsuccessful rentals to be front and centre every time they log in ? Should atleast have a delete option and should be very easy to update email address also.

Great application process easy access highly recommended

It's awful. Save everyone a headache and use 2Apply. It's terrible to use, clunky, full of errors, and poorly put together. Also it's extremely dodgy, constantly trying to sell you crap that you have to actively opt out of and untick boxes otherwise you get signed up to telemarketing and having your data sold. The match score also goes up if you offer more rent, which is borderline illegal.

It took a little while to get the uploads right, but once applied, the real estate had literally everything they needed to process my application within 24 hours! It was a seamless process that ended in a big win for me! I got my favourite place and am looking forward to calling it home 🥰

The application process went smoothly, and I believe the system works well. However, I found the form to be quite lengthy and detailed. It would be great if the process could be streamlined a bit to make it quicker and easier to complete. Overall, I appreciate the thoroughness, but a more user-friendly experience would be beneficial.

Easy application process, everything is all in one place

Very easy to add details and join applications. Takes away the stress of having to do an application every single time we apply for a house.

Easy format for filling. Regular updates when someone completes a referral check. Makes it so much simple to keep track.

The process with snug was easy and communication being automatic meant that I didn't have to wait for calls all the time. I don't know why all real estate agents don't do this and this would be a great process for applying for jobs also! One application and I successfully got the house I needed

Scam website advertising through real estate websites/apps

Snug was difficult to navigate & much of it not relevant. Some buttons didn't work. However, most alarming is that I discovered that a property I was interested in on realestate.com.au was actually a scam ad! The "company" wouldn't make any way to view said property but instead sent enquirers to Snug to fill out an application. I was suspicious so I started investigating & found that this "company" was linked to several others that all magically seemed to have the same agents working for them (same photos) & this property listed but when I tried to phone the number, couldn't get through, just a recorded message. I finally phoned another number that I did get to speak to someone but it came up as a totally different company (not listed on ASIC) than what was previously advertised. After explaining the situation, the person said that the "agent" in the ads (multiple ads across many legitimate RE websites), used to work for previous said "company" but had only started with them 2 days earlier & when I said the property address, was told that property is not listed with them but it was advertised with the same "agent" (that they just admitted started working for them) with their phone number & the previous "company" name on the same ad, not this new name. On researching the ABN/ACN numbers, it listed this "company" as having up to 15 different business names & trading names that were regularly added to or removed, over a number of years (the company where I was able to reach via phone was not listed). The woman on the end of the phone started to sound very nervous when I suggested that this sounded more & more like a scam. On another website I discovered that this property had actually been rented out last year! This needs to be more closely regulated!! Totally disgusting!
