I always get very consistent and reliable service from SNG BARRATT. Good choice of parts and stock seems good. Any questions I have had are quickly replied to and overall a very good company to deal with.

Helpful customer service agent who confirmed that the parts I wanted to order were correct for my car and in stock. Parts arrived the following day and have resolved what had been an ongoing issue. Pricing was also competitive.

I spoke to Tom at Holden's on the 21/11/24. He was extremely helpful and polite. He did everything he said he would and the turnaround for the parts, coming from Holland was excellent. Definitely on my list of preferred suppliers now!

Quality parts, fair prices fast service

Always ready to help but email coms can be difficult as often only the first question is answered. 12 hour time difference makes phone calls difficult.

I ordered parts by phone very easily after speaking to an efficient knowledgeable parts staff member. The price was fair so I asked about availability of another part I had recently purchased elsewhere for the same Jaguar and found I could have had two options and saved alot of money on the part. Will definitely order from Barrett’s again. The parts were delivered promptly and on time as well.

DHL messed up, sent several messages wrong address though it was correct, parts returned twice to DHL base by courier while I was waiting and they were thereshipped around country for 3 days. Took several phone calls and e-mails to get them in the end
