These stars are to be given directly to Kully Atwal, chap makes buying all the relevant and not so relevant bits and pieces a doddle. We have been dealing directly with Kully for a great number of years, and whilst there may be other people working there, our experience is limited to the one aforementioned sales agent.

It is worth mentioning that SNG have a comprehensive website that lists both their offerings, but also non-offerings, it is still possible to look up NLA and obsolete items on their site where most others erase them, making it easier to cross reference what current part might be adapted for fitment in place of an NLA part.

Excellent

Excellent. Phoned for assistance with a part. Knowledgeable helpful customer service, prompt despatch and delivery. If only all companies were even half as good as these, Britain would be a better place!

order a wheel bearing for XKR after…

order a wheel bearing for XKR after three days no dispatch advise (quoted 2 days) so emailed, no reply, emailed again requesting to cancel order as purchased elsewhere, again no reply, nearly two weeks after order received an email, it's on it's way, again emailed advising of previous emails, yep no reply, refused dleiver and then requested refiund, yep no reply so it's now a credit card charge back, very poor service and none exsitant customer services, never deal with again

Dear Mr Baker, Please accept our sincere apologies for this situation. We are unable to trace any of the emails you have sent to us, can you confirm which email address you have been sending this correspondence to? I would be grateful if you could forward the emails to me: thomas.rochelle@sngbarratt.com so that I can investigate. We will of course offer a full refund for the invoice. The part in question is a 'special order' item I would be interested to know who advised you that you would receive the part within 2 days. Please contact me as soon as you are able to advise the status of the credit card charge back you mention.
Update: we have found that the emails had been sent to an incorrect email address which is why they had not been received. Full refund now issued.
