My item was received in the US in less than a week after ordering. Incredible communication and service!

Schuhe waren im Shop als dunkelblau beschrieben - tatsächlich dunkelgrün.
Da ich den Versand bezahlen musste, wollte ich nicht auch noch den Rückversand bezahlen.
Auf meine 2 malige Kontaktaufnahme habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Um die Frist der Rücknahme nicht zu verpassen, habe ich jetzt doch den Rückversand auch noch bezahlt = in Summe 28,- Versandkosten für nichts …

I have been sent the wrong product and have emailed to request to be sent the correct one and I have not had a response.

I bought a pair of Asics running shoes from Sneakin, I believe the shop is in France while I live in outer London and thought it could be up to 2 weeks for delivery. I actually received my shoes 5 days after purchase which was very fast and the box came in great condition, I recommend my experience and would buy from them again.

Amazing service!! I purchased a pair of Bronx boots, couldn't get my size in UK and they were £100 more expensive to buy in UK!! Even paying postage they still worked out £85 less! Also, great choice and extremely fast delivery considering coming from a different country. Will definitely purchase from Sneakin again!!

I used Sneakin because I couldn’t find the shoes I wanted in the UK. They were great, ordering online was easy and efficient. They were upfront about delivery charges (I didn’t have to pay, even thought they are based in France). My delivery arrive quite quickly and I absolutely love my shoes.

The item I ordered in good condition and got to me without delay.

I was delivered the wrong model! I ordered specifically a Wibes model I had not, and was delivered one I already had....

Six weeks I think it is,ir more now and I still haven't received my item.
Hardly any communication either.
Don't know what's gone here but this company badly need to look again at their delivery provider and also their customer relations service.

I ordered a an exercise roller. I live in UK and it came within a week. So not bad considering it was from France ( Paris). I would recommend Sneakin as I searched everywhere on line and they were the only outlet to have it. Will shop there again fir exercise products.

Never received my shoes even after close to 40 days. Kept being promised they were on their way but the shipping company claimed they were still waiting for them. After 30ish days they gave me a partial refund and did issue a ‘full’ refund when I requested it over 5 days later because still no movement of the shoes. Shipping company still claimed they never received the shoes so who knows who’s telling the truth as Sneakin claimed the shipping company had them.
Also I put ‘full refund’ as you will get refunded in euros and this doesn’t always equal what you paid in your own currency (for me £) so just keep that in mind!
I must admit the support agents were lovely and prompt at replying though so that’s a plus! And glad they gave a refund!
