I ordered a brand that I have ordered many times from other stores and know my size. It arrived and when I tried one on realized it was strangely small. I looked at the box and saw it was not unisex, as listed on their site, but a women's version. I put shoe right back in the box with all materials, having barely "worn" it for 10 seconds. When they received the return they said it was unacceptable and not in the condition it was sent to me. This is patently ridiculous and all results from their website mistake. They will not refund my money and, because they are in France, I cannot get the shoes back (I suppose to sell them myself) without paying another large shipping fee. It is criminally bad customer service.

Item not as pictured. Very disappointed as was specifically purchased based on picture and description. I could have paid less and purchased a similar item in the US and not have had to deal with extra shipping charges and delays with customs.

US / international buyers beware
I can’t return my shoes I’m being charged $300 in return shipping. I should say PLEASE be aware if you live in America don’t bother ordering you’ll regret it. These people don’t send you a prepaid label. I went in wanting to return my shoes because I ordered the wrong size. That was another thing. Please be careful if you do order from here that you order the correct size or you will have to pay the expenses of returning which in my case was about 200 or $300 to send back and clearly not worth it since the shoes were 180 or something. I am super angry and disappointed that now I’m stuck with the shoes that I will never wear and I have to keep them because they refuse to send me a prepaid label..
