So far the experience hasn’t been good. I ordered a pair of Birkenstock shoes, but they were the wrong size. I’ve emailed Sneakin twice about what I need to do to return them for a refund. I’ve received to response.

The mystery of the invisible Fred Perry hoodie

I ordered a Fred Perry hoodie and that’s the last I ever heard from the seller except that I got a refund that never showed up either. That was in November here I am a couple weeks later and they want me to write a review on how I like my new hoodie….🙁🤷🏻‍♂️

sketchy

I found the whole experience sketchy. The item purchased had a competitive price compared to other retailers so I decided to buy here. But I had to setup an account instead of checking out as a guest. There was only one shipping option and the price for shipping washed out the discount. It was $20+ shipping fee- extremely expensive! Plus no details given as to what kind it was as in ground/2-day/etc. Also the box arrived damaged although the shoes were fine.

Holy fast shipping!

I cannot believe how fast the shipping was to the U.S.! However, the box was incredibly damaged and these are unfortunately a gift. Luckily, just to my mom, so she won’t care. But, I wouldn’t gift them to anyone else.

First time buying from them just check my merchandise today and it’s atrocious. Send them an email. Never got a response. I’m going to call my credit card company to do a charge back if they do not respond the item that I receive had manufacturing defects

Great experience

The overall transaction and quality of the product was great. Of courseI would like quicker shipping but when coming from over seas it seems about par for the course. So they are definitely a legit site that I will be ordering from again.

return of damaged item refused on day it arrived

My item arrived quickly but damaged. was offered a small amount of money to pay for the repair. However, finding a place to do the repair given my work and family schedule is not an easy thing, so Inasked if I could just rerun it and get a new one. The agent then insisted that returns from the US are not allowed because of “shipping time”. Your return policy does not say US returns are not allowed. I followed all the guidelines for sending pictures of the damaged item within the required time (the day I receieved it, in fact). Your agent stopped communicating with me after I questioned the return policy and asked, again, for the option to send it back.

I bought a pair of Sebago Dockside from Sneakin. It had a small defect, but their team handled the issue promptly and professionally. Their customer service was excellent, and they resolved everything quickly. I’m a very satisfied customer and would definitely shop with them again!
