Bestelling nooit ontvangen. Na gemaild te hebben, zou de bestelling opnieuw verzonden worden. Echter ook deze nooit gekregen, ondanks dat er wel altijd een track and trace code verstuurd wordt. Na de 2e mislukte poging nooit meer een reactie gekregen op mails.

Mijn dochter heeft een trui besteld. Wel betaald maar nooit iets ontvangen. Krijg geen reactie meer op mail en later ook een foutmelding dus het emailadres bestaat niet meer. Absolute oplichting. Niks bestellen bij deze boeven!

I placed my order in September and was not satisfied about the product. I sent it back for a refund; however the company doesn't response anymore.

E-mail, socials, website... nothing works. Looks like a scam.

Really bad experience!!
Ordered my shoes on the 7th of October! Still didn’t receive my order. They were also bad in the communication afterwards. Promised me, my shoes would be send, but they didn’t send me a new tracking link. When I send another email about it, they told me I just have to be patient. Still haven’t received anything and no refund. They basically stole my money.. don’t order your sneakers here!

I made an order on November the 8th and received confirmation of my purchase with order number and tracking number.

This is my second purchase so I had no reason to doubt this. I also know it can take some time for the trainers to come so I wasn’t too worried until I tried to track my order and to my horror the website was down. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, my email which I sent a couple of days ago has only just bounced back today. So there’s no waaay of contacting anyone about the whereabouts of my trainers. This is absolutely wild… terrible TERRIBLE experience. Total horror show smh

Absolute oplichting. Bestelling nooit ontvangen. Initieel een negatieve review geschreven, waarna ik een mail kreeg dat er iets misgelopen zou zijn en de bestelling opnieuw verzonden was en het verzoek om mijn review te verwijderen.
Na dit gedaan te hebben, nooit meer iets gehoord. Geen schoenen, geld weg, geen reacties. Complete oplichting, schandalig.

Scam!!!! Geen tas, geen terug betaling.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Everything from the website to the tracking is FAKE!!! Wish I’d looked at these reviews before ordering, Order processing has been updating to a new stage at 8:49am every single day so pretty sure it’s just going through the stages of a computer system to make it look like something is being done! Emailed to tell them to cancel my order the second I placed it and realised something was fishy to get a generic email back basically saying I can’t be refunded. It’s saying shipped now but absolutely no tracking provided, have disputed the payment with my bank it seems that’s the only chance of getting my payment back.

Be careful with this scam company. First pairs I ordered with Klarna and I was waiting 1,5 months to got them. Second pairs whitch I paid with card and they never came. The matter has been referred to the authorities.

Nooit mijn bestelling ontvangen. In het begin reageerden ze nog op mijn mails en werd mijn bestelling zogezegd een tweede keer verstuurd. Deze heb ik evenmin ontvangen. Track&trace leidt nergens naar. Ik probeer nu bij Klarna de betaling nietig te verklaren. Niet kopen!!!

Deze mensen hierachter zijn heel slim, volgens mij bestaat deze bedrijf niet meer en zijn ze verder gaan scammen onder sneakio.nl dus mensen pas op voor die site , je krijgt een mail waarbij ze aangeven dat ze je schoenen hebben verstuurd maar in werkelijkheid sturen ze alleen een elektronische melding naar dhl maar fysiek komen ze nooit aan bij de vervoerder, zo kunnen ze de klanten aan de lijn houden want wij krijgen een track tracé waar we in pricipe niks mee kunnen. Heel listig deze mensen, ik heb m’n geld al opgegeven

This business is a scam. Ordered a pair of trainers 2-3 months ago and i am yet to be reimbursed. They told me that my order was lost in transit and they have not rectified the issue. I would stay well clear

SCAM, first pair never arrived. Second pair was such a low quality that i sent it back but never received y money back

Fake website. Its been more then 15 days no response for my order . There is no way how to contact them. Havent recieved the order. No way i cannget in touch to get an update of my order

تتبع منذ 2 اكتوبر لكن الى الان لم يتغير شئ ولم استلم طلبي لا اعلم
لقد مضى على شرائي للمنتج اكثر من 24يوما
علما انهم يكتبون في صفحة الشراء ان التوصيل خلال يومين ويمكنك مشاهدة هذا بنفسك بعد ان قمت بالدفع لم اتلق شئ خلال يومين قمت بالارسال لهم لكن لا احد يجيب ثم قمت بكتابة تعليق سئ هنا
بعد ذالك قامو بالرد علي وارسلوا لي رمز التتبع كما ذكرت والى الان انا انتظر طلبي
