Absolutely scam artist
Absolutely scam artist! Never received my delivery and point blank refused to do anything about it just keep telling me to check with neighbours and contact the courier.
Contacted the courier which was supposed to have delivered the parcel on several occasions and they stated they never received the parcel.
I should have canceled the order directly after I ordered it when I noticed that the amount was different than my order value. I did contact them but has no response.
Avoid at all costs!!

The customer service was great! I received my order quickly.
I tried the color changing foundation, unfortunately it was to white for my skin tone, other than that the product was great.
Genrev was very helpful in processing my return.

I have tried other products that change to your skin color and they didn’t work. I am loving Smooche the color is perfect for my skin tone. I did have some concerns in the beginning when I ordered but they were resolved. Great product.

Genrev has been a huge support during my purchase. Sadly smooch did not manage to suit my skin tone or cover facial scarring.
On contacting them to discuss my struggle Generv showed superb customer support and helpfulness as well completing the money back guarantee.
Although the product was not suitable I recieved superb customer support

This is a NO from me
I really want to love this but I don't. I have oily skin and this might be a better fit for dry skin girls. It has a very strong smell and it sits in my pores. It cakes around my nose but then sits like an oil slick on my nose. I don't like that it transfers onto everything too. I like that it adapts to most skin tones but that is the only positive. Sadly it was a waste of money for me.

It's not often that I give a 4 star to…
It's not often that I give a 4 star to a product that I don't like. This color changing foundation did not work for me - didn't blend well and left a whiteish cast. I reached out about a refund, was offered a credit and when I explained that I didn't want a different product - I was informed that they had issued a refund - less than a week from the start.

Even though the colour did not match my skin the company's customer service resolved the issue really quickly and with fast communication. So I can say the customer service has been fantastic.

I’m so disappointed with this
I’m so disappointed with this, it sunk into and clung to every pore and imperfection on my skin. It’s also a very oily texture that melted off my face (and into my eyes) within an hour.
Shipping took a long time, though dealt with swiftly when I contacted customer service about the (7 day!!) delay in dispatch. Still waiting to hear back about that 30 day money back guarantee and I also didn’t receive the ‘free gift’.
Sadly if something seems too good to be true it often is.

I went to company website and the price…
I went to company website and the price of foundation was $55. They offered to scratch a card and 60% off to claim it. Once I claimed I went to search products. The foundation prices was $83 and striked out. The new price was $55 for me to buy.
Operating under bad faith with an assumption that anyone who is coming to their website is dumb and insecure enough to not notice these things.

I never received my order
I never received my order! According to the courier info it was delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to your customer service and you asked me to reach out to the courier myself. I believe it is your responsibility to make sure that your customers receive what they paid for. I am very disappointed and to make it worse, Idid not hear back from you nor the courier. I would like to be refunded.

Well I received bottle and it was…
Well I received bottle and it was empty! I got onto customer service a chap called Shane helped me, he did everything correctly, told me to pump it I did that about 20 plus times nothing then offered me a replacement by this time I am fed up, then a store credit which i do not want, apparently now they are going to give me a credit, this only happened today so we will see!!

What a game changer!
What a game changer! It's taken me 40 years to find the foundation - and I am so very happy that I did - it would have been awful if I went to my grave (literally!) wearing the wrong colour!!! Your foundation is absolutely the best thing I've ever bought for my make-up bag. Also my very beautiful (but very ginger) granddaughter has given it a go - frustrated that she couldn't find the right shade for her pale skin tone - I recommended you - and she is also over the moon xx
