Product did not work well
Product did not work well. It did not match skin tone well and it caked in wrinkles and creases after an hour or so. I've requested a refund to my credit card. My last email to their customer service has not been answered and still not refund.

Love the foundation
Love the foundation. It is light and looks amazing. Cannot even think of using a heavy foundation in this heat! Delivery was good also as I have a hard to find address.

Peptide Serum
This was my second order from Smooche, this time I ordered their Peptide Serum. Delivery took extremely long (I read somewhere that they had gone out of stock). But it was worth the wait! My skin reacts very positively to this product, and I love it. Will definitely order again!

Although I don’t love the product
Although I don’t love the product , in all fairness i never wear foundation, so I’m not sure it’s really their product. The customer service Juice provided was awesome! They kept me updated along the way and I’d definitely consider ordering a different item from the company.

I purchased the Smooche color changing…
I purchased the Smooche color changing foundation. Before using, I brought the unopened container to my dermatologist appointment, and she advised me not to use it due to my sensitive skin. I reached out to Smooche, and Genrev kindly assisted me with my return(order number 1104816). Her communication with me was excellent and made the return process seamless. This is a scam site smooche
This is a scam site, i didnt received my item after placing an order since Aug 20 and their customer support is an AI who never reply after 1 email. This is the worst.
Now updates: I received an email saying my mobile number wasnt listed in the check out and there no way they can ship it as it is standard for international shipping but when i checked my account my mobile is listed plus all the sites im ordering correct me if im wrong but when checking out, it will not go through if one important information is missing . Im still waiting if my order will be delivered but i guess im not on to it anymore i just dont want others to be scammed.

Honestly. I’ve only used it on my hand so far, to check the colour. I’m not a huge makeup/foundation fan, but thought I’d try it,as Korean products have a good reputation. Fast service & the colour blended in well.

Great customer service
I purchased the foundation and wasnt quite happy with how it was on my face. Complextion just didnt suite me. When I contacted smooche to advise they were very quick to respond. Genrev has been wonderful in a quick response and refund. Its a shame it didnt work out for me with this product, but very happy with the excellent customer service provided. Greatly appreciated.
