I am unable to wear the product and after getting past the auto AI responses was helped by GENREV with my order (number 1303373!) I received almost a full refund for my purchase. Genrev deserves a slice of pizza from the boss for assisting me.

I’ve never worn makeup, I’m 69. This foundation is amazing.
I wanted to see what this company was about and looked up the product. I saw the videos and was amazed about the foundation you sell. I’m 69, never wore make up and this foundation is spot on. I’ve had conversations with JUICE and have been very pleased with the conversations. She has helped me, even sent pictures of how to apply and has been very helpful. I like the look, will continue to use this product, if not daily.
I Appreciate her going over my purchase and making me feel comfortable about what I bought and wearing it.

Hydrating foundation
The order was real not a scam. I received the product in secure packaging. I used it immediately. It is very true to advertising. It is white but when absorbed matches my skin color. it feels very hydrating.
My only issue is there is very little product for the money. I can't imagine it lasting even a month.

At 72, revisiting foundation after 10+ years…
I’m 72 but still interested in how to look my best—so decided to try Smooche Color Changing Foundation—even if I stopped using foundation years ago in favor of a natural look.
There were no instructions included in my purchase and I obviously did not know application steps (how much? Sponge? What’s this soft brush for??) but I tried to see what Smooche could do for my tanned, wrinkly, aging skin:
Disaster! But: Thanks to SHAINA and her step-by-step How To instructions (it was a very quick response to me also!) I will try again with a lighter hand. If it weren’t for Shaina’s immediate reply, I would be trying to get a refund for my purchase as I thought my purchase was a big mistake.
I’ll try again and see how much of a difference Smooche can have for me.

Product never arrived; Poor customer service
Order # 1129202 was placed on 8/6; Product never arrived (although it says “delivered” on 8/20…but it was NOT). I have multiple cameras outside covering all doors, porch, driveway, garage, and mailboxes…but no delivery was made on 8/20 (or since) Customer service is SEVERELY lacking when it comes to trying to resolve the issue. Finally submitted a claim to my credit card company after multiple email attempts to resolve.
