Doesn’t suit my skin but refunded immediately.
I have problem skin on my cheeks and this foundation accentuates any dry areas and pores. It’s not for me and I’ll have to go back to my old faithful designed for older skin. Oh, and the ‘free gift’ is just a discount code in case you were expecting an actual item.
I have been contacted by Smooche and fully refunded so they do stick by their satisfaction guarantee, which is a breath of fresh air. Well done Smooche.

I’m sorry but the colour it changes to is very light. Whenever I use it, my husband asks me what’s wrong, am I ill? I don’t want to walk around looking sick so I have stopped using it.

⭐ Updated Review – Excellent customer service and a fair resolution
UPDATE: I wanted to update my original review following the response I received from Smooche.
Although my opinion of the Reverse-Aging Adaptive Foundation itself hasn't changed, I have been genuinely impressed with how Smooche handled my complaint.
Shortly after posting my review, Carla from Smooche Support contacted me personally. She acknowledged all of the issues I had experienced with the foundation and, importantly, addressed the concern I raised about the apparent contradiction between the general returns policy, which says products must be unused, and the foundation's 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which specifically encourages customers to try it on their skin.
Carla explained that the unused condition applies to standard returns, whereas the foundation has its own Money-Back Guarantee specifically allowing customers to open and try it to see whether the shade and formula work for them. I really appreciated having this clarified.
There was no arguing, making excuses or trying to avoid the guarantee. Carla acknowledged that the foundation hadn't worked for me and offered a full refund of $49.88 for both foundations to my original payment method, with no requirement to return the products or pay return postage.
This was exactly the resolution I had hoped for, and the response was extremely quick.
I think reviews should reflect the entire customer experience, not just when something goes wrong. While unfortunately the foundation wasn't suitable for me, Smooche's customer service and the way Carla handled my complaint have been excellent.
It's reassuring to know that their 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee does genuinely allow you to try the foundation, and if it isn't right for you, the guarantee applies even though the product has been opened and tested.
Thank you, Carla, for listening to my concerns, explaining the policy clearly and resolving everything so promptly. A disappointing experience with the product has been turned into a very positive experience with Smooche's customer service.
