I placed an order on 15Aug and reached out to customer support on 28Aug, and received a reply that tracking should have been sent within 72 hours. Was told "Ada" would get back to me within 1 working day with an update. Still waiting. Sent another email on 1Sep requesting update. NOTHING! NO RESPONSE. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund immediately. If I do not hear back from a representative to resolve this within 48 hours, I will be forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The product did not meet the description or performance promised in their advertising. Specifically, it did not blend into a true skin tone, felt heavy and chalk‑like on my face, did not apply smoothly, and failed to provide the light coverage they advertised. The product was uncomfortable to wear and did not perform as represented.
The company prominently advertises a 100% refund within 30 days if the customer is not satisfied. I requested a refund under this written guarantee. Instead of honoring the advertised refund policy, the company sent an AI‑generated response offering only a store credit. This contradicts their stated guarantee and constitutes misleading or deceptive business practices.
If I do not receive a 100% refund I am filing a complaint with FTC complaint portal and to the Florida Attorney General’s consumer protection.

Genrev was very prompt with the follow up and correcting the error I made. It is greatly appreciated.

Placed an order. First they added some extra shipping charge I didn’t approve. Second, they sent me two of the wrong product. They have no customer service number. I emailed them but have not heard a word. And this includes an earlier ignored email about the shipping charge. I don’t know where the good customer service is that people are talking about. I’ve had no customer service and the wrong product. Not a happy customer. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

I had an issue with order #1358040, and Geneva was wonderful in helping me resolve it. She was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and the effort she made to help me. Thank you, Geneva, for your kindness and support!

The good part. After researching Smooche I ordered the color changing foundation. I fell in love with this product. I’m in my 70’s and the coverage is great. I was going to order the lip plumper.

The bad part. I was using Afterpay to pay. For some reason I was charged for the full price. I sent an email and let them know I was not happy. The next week Afterpay sent me an email telling me my Smooche order was on it’s way. A second one! I sent another email. I was getting emails from Smooche but they never mentioned my issue. I sent another email asking to cancel the order. Crickets.

Now I have two bottles of the foundation which I will use of course, but I will not order again. There are too many foundations out there that are close to this product.

Excellent customer service from Genrev. I was initially told I would receive store credit, which I didn’t want, and unfortunately received no response when I explained this. I followed up, and Genrev was incredibly efficient, professional and reassuring. She confirmed I would receive a full refund and made sure it was processed.
She is a real asset to the company and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Genrev! 🌟

I like it but it doesn't do much for the stupid eye bags I have. I can't find anything that really works for the puffiness under my eyes that make me feel old. 🫣

Still waiting for a response to an urgent cancellation

I placed Order #1408012 on 2 September and realised almost immediately that the wrong products/offer had gone through at checkout.

I emailed Smooche straight away asking for the order to be cancelled before dispatch. I have since followed up by email and also submitted a cancellation request through their website contact form.

It is now 4 September and I have still received no response, despite the website stating that enquiries are answered within 24 hours Monday–Friday.

My order was still showing as “Confirmed – We’re preparing these items for shipping” when I checked this morning, so it did not appear to have been dispatched.

I simply want confirmation that Order #1408012 has been cancelled and my £71 refunded so that I can place the correct promotional order I originally intended to purchase.

I would be very happy to update this review once the issue has been resolved

I ordered your product and crossed my fingers that it worked as advertised, it took a little while to receive the product but I did get e-mails on regular basis letting me know that shipping was in the works.I am pleased with how it works , as I am 69 and my skin needs a little help. Glad I ran across your product and can say I will order again.

Sharon 1357175 was very helpful in correcting a problem with a previous order. She understood the problem and corrected it.

I just wanna say that Carla kept communication with me the whole time she did a very good job at refunding my money unfortunately that’s the way we had to go. I was hoping your product work, but I have too many wrinkles for your product. I’m not young enough to make it work I guess here’s my customer number or my order number. I ordered a smooche and realized after I placed it that I could have ordered the bogo. I immediately (within 2 hours) sent an email asking If my order could be modified. SHARON replied a couple of days later and since the order had been delivered she offered a %50 store credit.
I like the foundation, it works well.

I love this foundation! I have never worn such a light feeling foundation before, and I have tried many name brand cosmetics.

I had an issue with the product itself, it wasn't suitable for my skin type but can't fault the customer service team especially Genrev who acted quickly to my issue and dealt with it immediately organising a refund for me, really appreciate the great service, thank you 😊

No hassle, speedy delivery and good product

Smooche did not work for me. Not even on my dark circles. I contacted the company. I am 80 years old and don't have extra money. Genrev (my order #1003702) was very helpful. She or he took care of my problem right away and I have the credit in my account. It was a pleasure working with Genrev. Thank you!

Honestly, truly, I really, really like the makeup! This is the first one I’ve tried that actually gives you coverage without settling in the crevices. Still new to it but so far so good.!! feels good on the skin too! Very easy to apply!
