Achtung Hände weg SCAM
Firma Sitz in Zypern kann ja nicht gut gehen!

Ich habe gute Erfahrungen gemacht, vor allem mit der Orderausführung. Die Spreads sind fair, und es gibt keine versteckten Gebühren.

Nach der Anmeldung ging es los mit Telefonterror.
Habe 250€ einbezahlt und nach einigen Telefonaten mit grossen Versprechungen auf riesen Gewinne noch einmal 5000€ einbezahlt und heute ist alles weg.
Ich erhielt dann noch einen Kredit über 10k wo ich nie eingewilligt habe. Hände weg von diese unseriösen Plattform!!! Diverse Accountmanager haben x-mal angerufen und wollten immer wieder dass ich noch mehr investieren sollte um die Verluste wieder rein zu holen...
Nach ein paar Wochen Ruhe ging es dann mit Telefonterror weiter. Anscheinend hätte ich ein Guthaben von 17622€ wo sie mir zurück überweisen wollten. Wäre ja wunderschön, aber sie wollten Zugriff auf meinen Computer... Habe gesagt ich könnte ja einfach meien Bankkoordinaten angeben. Aber das sei unmöglich da der Betrag in Bitcoin investiert sei. Dann sagte ich sie könnten den Bertag in Bitcoin auf mein Binance Konto überweisen. Auch das sei unmöglich. Wenn ich das Geld wolle sollte ich unbedingt hinter meien PC und eine App herunterladen. Alles kriminelle Machenschaften. Unglaublich dass man gegen diese Plattform nichts machen kann.
Telefonterror ging ein paar Tage so weiter. Bin mal gespannt was noch alles kommt.

If this company is not a scam, then I don't know how to describe then.
Let me explain exactly my experience.

Subscription done correctly, on beginning of November 2024, I put down a deposit of 250€.

An advisor person calls me and forces my hand to deposit more, which I initially refuse.

After several calls (everyday), I gave in and deposited €2500 via bank card, with which, via their online platform, we made a few investments generating a quick profit.
This made me confident in the quality of this platform.

I was even offered a withdrawal of €250 as a gesture of “good faith”.
Withdrawal made, it appears as accepted in the application. Great!

Several days later, in the euphoria of this platform that seemed reliable and efficient, I agreed to deposit a substantial sum of 15000€, via a bank transfer.
The transfer request was made, and the proof of this request was sent to them after they had explicitly asked me for it (proof of the request and not proof that the transfer had been made, I insist on that very subtility).

Fortunately for me, my bank blocked the transfer and told me the recipient was not identified as trustable. I therefore decided to listen to them, and they cancelled the transfer.

My 15,000 were then safe.

But the problem lies in the fact that in the meantime, the trading company would have credited me 15,000€ “On credit”, as gesture of "give a helping hand" as they said, while they did not officially receive the money from my bank account.
This money was in the meantime used to carry out a few trading operations.
I started to have some doubts about their pratices, so I close the positions very quickly.

Now the company is threatening to sue me for “stealing” from them, as I supposedly used their money to trade.
They're threatening to take me to court unless I hand over the money (they clearly want to have my 15000 in their account and f.ck me when I will ask them back !!!).

The "credit" is still visible on the trading platform so they can recover it anytime by the way...
Still, they keep threatening and giving harassing calls almost everyday, talking several insults and being everything but polite.

And this has lasted for more than 3 months now..

So I made a lot of research and figured out they had a worst and worst reputation, they are controlled by a supposed Mauritius authority which can cover on actually nothing in case of litigation, and they are coming from a former platform called Equiity, which was already an usurpation of a real platform with the same name (without an "i"), and have left many people out in the cold when they changed their name.

So I would give only one piece of advice : run away !!

El diciembre del año pasado fue el peor diciembre que que tuve por culpa de esta empresa y la manager que me asignaron me hicieron perder todo mi capital, y me hicieron endeudar en mis tarjetas de crédito a punta de MENTIRAS que hasta el día de hoy sigo pagando. Después de buscar que me dieran solución lo hicieron pero otra vez con MENTIRAS quedaron de devolverme una parte pero esa parte llegó a medias habiendo un faltante de casi la mitad de lo que se acordó. Antes de entrar a un reality de TV escribí al correo y después de casi 7 semanas hoy reviso mi correo y no eh tenido ninguna respuesta.

Al principio se veían ganancias pero nunca me permitieron hacer un retiro porque decían que tenía que llegar a un volumen de inversión que nunca me dijeron en sí cuánto era ese volumen por más de que les pregunté. Primero hice una inversión de 2.300 dólares y supuestamente para poder hacer retiro debía invertir 1.200 más, lo hice y nunca me permitieron hacer el retiro, luego se fueron todas las inversiones a pérdida y me pedían 1.300 dólares más para recuperar la inversión y las ganancias, y como me opuse por más de que me insistieron, además porque no tenía más dinero para invertir, no me volvieron a llamar y mi dinero está perdido. No se dejen engañar por esta empresa envaucadora y estafadora. Se quedan con tu dinero.

Ein sehr frecher Mitarbeiter, er war sauer, dass ich nicht mehr investiert habe. Er wurde auch frech, als ich mit meinem kleinen Beitrag nicht so investieren wollte. Er hat mich fast angeschrien. Und hat auch gesagt, dass er mehr Ahnung hat als ich, was auch stimmt, und dass ich jetzt investieren soll, wie er sagt.
Achtung!

Muy mala experiencia al principio te tratan como rey para que tu consignes y todo va bien las ganacias son excelentes y nunca te dicen retire para que vuelva a invertir lo que hacen es presionar para que ingreses mas dinero y asi puedas recuperar tus ganancias y el capital y es una presion de una mujer super grosera que te trata mal y como si no valieras nada que cosa tan horrible.
Ahora les dije que no creia en ellos que tenia muchos comentarios negativos y que no iba a consignar mas y se molestaron y que queria que me devuelvan la inversion y me dijeron que no que por impuntual iba a perder todo y que estaban perdiendo el tiempo conmigo que falta de respeto con un cliente.
Yo estoy en el sector servicio y nunca se debe tratar un cliente asi.

Ho perso 12.500 euro a causa di questo broker fraudolento, che si è rivelato completamente inaffidabile e disonesto. All’inizio sembravano professionali e convincenti, ma alla fine mi hanno solo portato a perdere tutto con strategie ingannevoli e manipolazioni.

🔹 Promesse false: garantiscono rendimenti elevati e sicuri, ma ogni operazione sembra studiata per far perdere denaro.
🔹 Manipolazione dei dati: ho notato movimenti sospetti nei miei investimenti, con operazioni che risultavano diverse da quelle che avevo eseguito.
🔹 Prelievi bloccati: quando ho cercato di ritirare i miei fondi, hanno trovato ogni scusa possibile per impedirlo. Alla fine, il mio account è stato bloccato e i soldi sono spariti.

⚠️ HO DENUNCIATO QUESTO BROKER ALLE AUTORITÀ e invito tutti quelli che hanno subito lo stesso trattamento a fare lo stesso. Più siamo a denunciare, più velocemente sarà possibile fermarli e rintracciarli.

🚨 EVITATE Smart STP ( ex Equiity ) a tutti i costi! Se state pensando di investire con loro, fermatevi subito. Sono truffatori e vi porteranno solo a perdere tutto. Denunciate e segnalate questi criminali per fermarli prima che ingannino altre persone!

Ich habe hier sowohl Forex als auch CFDs gehandelt und bin insgesamt zufrieden. Besonders gut gefällt mir die schnelle Orderausführung.

Aufpassen etwas stimmt nicht. Wollte mich gerade registrieren hab nur mal nummer und email hinterlegt innerhalb von 5 minuten 2 anrufer von dieser firma. Gott sein dank hat man trustpilot!!! Hab bevor sie angerufen haben kurz nachgeschaut

Apro la mia posizione 250€ a novembre 24, non faccio transazioni fino a febbraio e scopro che mi hanno prelevato senza avvisatemi 180€ per inattività!!! Non è normale e tanto meno corretto! Il consulente Nico, che mi ha chiamato 100 volte per iniziare a fare trading NON MI HA MAI ACCENNATO a questo prelevamento.
A febbraio faccio la mia prima transazione suggerita da Nico, come prova, perdo i 70€ restanti. MAI PIÙ AVUTO NOTIZIE DA LORO.

Einzahlen kein Problem, Auszahlen geht nicht. Wenn du hier was investiert, dann ist es weg. Mich interessiert nur warum man tp hier nichts gegen die guten Fake Bewertungen macht.

Es una situación bastante complicada, y la frustrante que se sientes. Para desglosar un poco la situación:
1. Pague un seguro de $7,000 USD por un valor asegurado de $47,641.61 USD, y finalmente aceptaron devolverte el valor asegurado.
2. Exigen una comisión adicional: El operador te pide pagar una comisión que varía entre 15% y 25% dependiendo de los plazos para recibir el dinero (24 horas o 3 días).
3. Comisión es para SmartSTP: Aparentemente, SmartSTP no es el operador, sino un intermediario al cual debes pagarles. Además, te dicen que si pagas una comisión (que te devuelven parcialmente en algunos casos), recibirías el dinero más rápido.
4. Te sugieren que no se puede descontar la comisión del valor asegurado, lo cual te deja con una opción muy limitada: pagar la comisión extra o no recibir nada.
En este tipo de situaciones, es clave ser cauteloso, ya que puede haber señales de fraude, especialmente cuando te exigen pagar a una entidad o intermediario sin haber firmado un contrato claro o tener garantías sobre la legitimidad de la transacción
Hay que pedir un documento que detalla las condiciones de la transacción, incluyendo las comisiones y cualquier política que tengan respecto a los pagos. Si el operador y SmartSTP no pueden ofrecer una respuesta clara, podría ser una bandera roja.
Ya que ustedes no me pagaron lo del seguro ni me devolvieron el dinero que pague

Hola ..ojo ..hagan lo siguiente...pidan la dirección desde donde operan ...no la dan .y les dije , este es un negocio legal entonces yo le doy mis datos y usted los suyos ...no quisieron , además les pedí que me dieran una cuenta de banco para trasferir y tampoco , que solo por PSE . Eso hice antes de invertir un centavo . ...son ladrones ojo

J'ai perdu 450€ en 2 jours. 100€ sur les marchés financiers et au moment de récupérer, le reste du capital investit 330€. Les fonds sont bloqués

Nachdem ich über den Bundesrat der Schweiz im BLICK.CH-App von ihnen erfahren hatte, stieg ich ein.

Mit 250€ eingestiegen, um das Risiko klein zu halten, wurde ich von L. überzeugt, mehr zu investieren.
Um einen anderen langfristigeren Weg einzuschlagen, wollten wir das „Konto„ ändern, um weniger Gebühren auf das Eingekaufte zu haben, wofür ich 10‘000€ überwies.
Da es ein Drittunternehmen sei, welches das Ganze prüft, wurde mir mitgeteilt, ich solle ein Yuh-Konto eröffnen und 20‘000€ folglich zu hinterlegen, damit ich die 10k wieder bekommen würde.
Das hatte ich folgend mit ihm genaust via Ihrer Seite abgewickelt und nun ist alles weg. Anzeige bei Polizei erstattet. Dies dem Bund mitgeteilt und Blick.ch geschrieben. Nun rufen mich unbekannte Nummern an, die sich für den Rückerhalt des Betrags einsetzen würden. Ein Test ergab, dass man ihnen 1€k hätte überweisen müssen, damit das Kryptokonto eröffnet werden kann usw.

Me hicieron perder todo mi capital.....las operaciones que me pidieron que hicieran todas se fueron a pérdidas. Cuando hice el reclamo, me llamaron y la solución fue que invirtiera mas, pero como no lo hice, ya no me volvieron a llamar. Esta empresa es irresponsable, fueron muy queridos conmigo hasta que me hicieron invertir mucho mas, por fortuna no quise invertirlo todo porque, hasta la casa la habría perdido.

setze dir unbedingt ein Limit. Und du wirst merken es hält einige tage...dann musst du sofort nachbezahlen...das geht immer weiter und die Beträge grösser!!!
du wirst schnell merken, dass es nur immer um neue einlagen geht...versprechen ist sehr gross, Aber nichts wird gehalten. (zb.Silberkonto oder Goldkonto)
Am schluss war ich bei 65000.-
alles verloren....!!!! also finger weg!
