Unable to Get Any Response from SmartSTP Support

I have been a SmartSTP client since February 2024 with a substantial account equity and I am extremely concerned by the complete lack of response from their customer support.

My first attempt to contact SmartSTP was on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 2:33 PM. Since then, I have made repeated attempts to reach them through both their official support email and their advertised Live Chat service.

My latest attempt was on Monday, August 24, 2026, and I have still received no response.

This is particularly concerning for a financial trading company where clients need to be able to communicate promptly regarding their accounts and positions.

I am posting this review in the hope that SmartSTP will explain why its normal customer-support channels have apparently become unresponsive and, more importantly, contact me to address my outstanding concerns.

I will update this review if and when SmartSTP responds.

It was due to an acquaintance's recommendation that I tried using this company's service. In the beginning, I did not believe in its quality, but now I am satisfied with my choice.

The sheer number of trading assets on SmartSTP is what kept me here. I trade a mix of Forex pairs and CFDs on indices. Finding a platform that actually offers over 350 instruments in one place makes portfolio diversification so much easier. Really happy with the service so far.

What I love most is their WebTrader platform—it loads incredibly fast directly in the browser, and the charting tools are top-notch with plenty of technical indicators. Execution speeds have been solid, and I haven't run into any major slippage yet.

Honestly, one of the best decisions we made was switching to SmartSTP. Everything runs smoothly and customer support actually treats you like a human being rather than firing back automated boilerplate scripts.

Easy to use and straightforward overall. My experience has been positive so far.

Had a slight issue during my initial verification setup, but live support connected quickly and guided me through re-submitting my documents. Very responsive service.

empfohlen, sodass raschmöglichst Geld nachgeschossen werden sollte

I ran into a hurdle uploading my proof of address during the Silver account setup. Reached out to their live support team and got connected to an agent who walked me through the re-submission process. The representative was polite and resolved the issue, though the total verification turn-around took almost two full business days. Service is helpful, but onboarding speed could be tightened up.

Jetzt darf ich Geld nachschiessen, weil mir vor einigen Tagen ein Short aufgedrängt wurde (ohne Erklärung warum und wieso gerade der) sofort zu machen. Die Begründung für das Nachschiessen von Geld ist ein Kontraktwechsel heute, der aber online nicht erkennbar ist (zB auf Trading View) für den 31.7. Mir wird mittlerweile auch mit Betreibung gedroht, wenn ich nicht "spure".
Also ich überlege, dass ich es auf eine Betreibung ankommen lasse und damit dann zur Polizei gehe.
Vielleicht ist hier in der Community auch der/die eine oder andere AnwaltIn dabei sich das Thema auch mal näher anzuschauen? Wäre toll! Das Stichwort Sammelklage habe ich hier schon gelesen.

Nachtrag: Ich wurde gerade eben bedrängt, ein separates Bankkonto zu eröffnen um dort das nachzuschiessende Geld einzuzahlen. Leider konnte mir nicht erklärt werden, warum! Daraufhin ist das Gespräch eskaliert, wurde laut und der Berater hat dann aufgelegt.
Ab heute wird nur noch schriftlich mit diesen Leute kommuniziert!
