We’ve just sealed the sand stone patio which is 10 years old having given it a good clean. It looks brilliant we are really pleased. Block paving driveway next.

I sent an email requesting advice and Ricky Kirwan replied and suggested leaving a phone number to give me advice. He was excellent and looked at my old (5y ago) order. He offered me the goods I needed at an excellent price and was extremely helpful - contacting me almost immediately when the agents had been unavailable at my first contact. Great service.

I had a genuinely excellent experience…
I had a genuinely excellent experience with Smart Seal and felt it was worth sharing, especially given how well everything was handled from start to finish.
The product itself is clearly high quality and does exactly what it is designed to do when applied correctly. My patio looked fantastic after sealing, and initially I was very happy with the result. However, I did run into an issue some time later where moisture had gotten into the seal, which caused my pavers to turn white in patches. Naturally, this was quite frustrating, as it took away from the overall finish.
What really stood out to me was how the company handled the situation. As soon as I reached out to Smart Seal for support, they were responsive, professional, and clearly experienced in dealing with this kind of issue. I was particularly impressed with George Mizon, who guided me through the entire process of resolving the problem.
George was incredibly patient, courteous, and thorough in his approach.
He took the time to properly understand the issue, explained exactly what had happened in a clear and straightforward way, and then walked me step by step through how to fix it. There was no rushing, no generic responses, just genuine support and a clear willingness to help get things right.
Thanks to his guidance, I now feel confident in resolving the issue properly, and it has completely restored my confidence in both the product and the company. It is rare to find this level of aftercare and customer service, especially when something does not go perfectly the first time.
Overall, Smart Seal offers a great product backed up by outstanding customer support. Issues can happen with any product, but it is how a company deals with them that really matters, and in this case, they exceeded my expectations.
I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Seal to anyone considering sealing their paving, knowing that you are supported every step of the way.

A wonderful company to use
A wonderful company to use. Brilliant black spot and algae remover. No hard work involved but it does use quite a few containers to clean a large patio but it’s worth it. This is the 3rd year I have used Smartseal. Fantastic company to use and very knowledgeable staff if you have a query.
