Excellent products and service
I trialled the Tarmaseal Tarmac Restorer Black last autumn, along with the preparatory Green Seal, on a section of old tarmac beside our house. Delivery arrived promptly.
The Tarmaseal was easy to apply and gave every impression of improving the stability and water resistance of the tarmac that I was hoping to achieve.
The bottom line is I was so pleased with the performance of these products over winter that I've recently placed a larger order to do the rest of the old tarmac.
So thoroughly recommend the company and the products.
Just bear in mind you need to plan ahead as the Green Seal needs time to kill any algae, moss, etc (which it does) and you need dry weather to use the Tarmaseal.

Disappointing but good customer service
Purchased cleaner for my porcelain patio. Order processed on time and delivery was in- line with expectations. The performance of the cleaner was however disappointing. I used the cleaner on one half of the patio in- line with the instructions. I then used my power washer to remove the dirt. Rather than mix up new cleaner I just used my power washer on the second half of the patio with the intention of doing a proper clean the next day. When I inspected the patio the next day I could not see a difference between the half I used the cleaner on and the half I used the power washer. In my application the cleaner offered no advantage at all. My recommendation would be to use a power washer before you purchase this cleaner to make sure you actually need it.
Smartseal did make contact and reviewed my complaint with me and a resolution was found. Good after sales customer service.

We have tried to contact our customer by phone and email without success. Our porcelain cleaner is for surfaces that have been neglected. Normally if the surface is maintained or in good condition, a light pressure wash is all that is required. Emma@Smartseal

I have found the sealent from Smartseal is very good for block paving i give it a good clean with their patio cleaner then apply the sealent i use the silk looks great 5 stars from me
