Scam! I wish I’d read these before ordering! The website reviews are fake. The app for product is none existent so Fitbit is useless . Worst £20 I’ve ever spent. No response from customer services

Scam!!!! Read before buying
Don’t even deserve 1 star. I don’t understand how this website is still trading. The watch is not what is advertised. No Sos, no torch, you can’t register the watch.
There is no customer service.
The watch and company is a scam.
Kids were devastated and waisted buying 2.
If you expect customer service you can dream. Emailed several times no replies.
The company owner also runs another company X GEN TECHNOLOGY LTD .
Stay away and get this company closed down for fraud…

Brought this watch, never arrived

Steer clear , total scam and no refund
Not to mention no telephone number either so no way of actually speaking to a human being !!!!

Although the company answered questions before buying, after I paid they did not want to hear about return. The watch is OK for the money but the parent phone app drains battery and makes it hard to spot messages. Dont buy the 2G watch as 2G is being retired in many countries

Bought a watch for my sons Christmas, the IMEI number on the back of the watch was not recognised. I emailed on Christmas Eve, I just received a response the other day from them giving me information on how to fix this. The number wouldn’t register as it didn’t exist. Total scam and customer service is non existent. I have since bought another watch from elsewhere and it’s great and works perfect. The best these people from kids smarts watch can do for me is refund my money! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Horrible customer service. Bought a watch for my daughter’s Christmas and it won’t work so emailed on Christmas Day. I know it’s a busy time of year so ordered another so my daughter got her watch and requested a return label. The next order arrived and it had looked like it had been used and didn’t have a sim. AGAIN same issue not working so emailed right away to request another return label. 2 MONTHS later I get a response saying I’m not getting a refund. I am furious and wish I had seen all the negative reviews as I would NEVER of ordered from here. SCAMMERS!!!! PLEASE AVOID

I purchased Christmas gift to my son.But the watch doesn't working missing the registration number.I send 4 emails to them but no reply.. Horrible and shocking!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. I'm very down about this..

Bought as a gift for my niece and nephew. Both were eagerly awaiting what was supposed to be next day delivery. Unfortunately, neither watch turned up. I emailed their so called "customer services ", hoping it was a genuine mistake on their part. Never got a response. Waited a few more days, still nothing. Emailed again, still no response. Have contacted my bank, and the government online fraud team, both of whom are investigating. Im not holding out much hope of getting my money back, but hopefully this fraudulent website and company get shut down.

Sorry I couldn't give a lower score, the customer service is shocking . I have a faulty item and i have tried to e mail 4 times and they don't have the courtesy to reply. not sure how to get my money back as there is no return address, do not buy anything from here Any ideas

I’d give zero if I could. Scam company. Watch came without a charger etc. nobody replies to messages. Completely useless and basically robbing people of £19.99 or more.

Purchased as a Christmas present for my son.
The sim card port is not working, it won’t accept any SIM at all (I have tried 3 Sim’s all PAYG sim so should be supported)
When trying to register with the app unable to register as error constantly says ‘Please Confirm the Registration code is correct' so unable to go any further with the registration.
No one from support within the app is responding and despite 5 emails to support @ Smart Kids Watch I have received no reply.

Unresolved Watch Order Issue

Since purchasing a watch for my 5-year-old godson on December 1, 2023, I have not received it. Despite numerous attempts to contact SmartKidsWatch, there has been no response. On January 24, 2024, I was assured by someone claiming to be from SmartKidsWatch that a refund would be processed in 5 to 7 days. As of February 1, 2024, there has been no refund or communication. This lack of response and resolution is deeply disappointing, frustrating, disheartening, disgraceful.

Scam company. Don’t buy from them. I bought my son a watch on 28th December. It arrived the next day without a SIM card and no instructions, the QR code doesn’t work. After 3 emails, ‘Adam’ from Customer service sent a standardised email saying if I put a SIM card in, it would work. This is clearly a very common issue and the email
is standard. They send a cheap watch out with no SIM card or instructions and then make you do all the work to source the right SIM card. Why not just include the SIM card as the product I bought said it would?! Needless to say I emailed another 8 times and received no response. Eventually I received an email with a returns address so I sent it back registered delivery ( my cost), it’s been tracked and has arrived but absolutely no contact from them or refund. These people are such scumbags. Do not buy from them. They are quick to take your money and that is it. Non existent customer services. Bet it’s just one person sitting in a basement rubbing their hands from all the money coming in and a pile of returned watches they are just reselling. Do NOT buy from them!

I can't comment on the watch as it was a Christmas gift for my son from his Grandad and it had never worked.
The watch doesn't recognise the SIM (which I put £10 on) and the SIM won't pop out.
3 emails to the company and zero response.

Trading Standards next. Always be suspicious of a company who don't have a contact number on their website. I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS.

I need to add my complete dissatisfaction everything about this company and its product. My experience has been that the product simply does not work. The watch would not recognise any SIM cards used. Also, the QR code to install the necessary app also doesn't work. Without the app, the watch is virtually useless. To date I have made 5 attempts to contact them, all without any success. Contrary to the claims on their website, I do not believe that the company has any customer service support. There is also absolutely no prospect of any money back guarantee, notwithstanding their claims.
In my view, it is best to avoid the company and its products. The level of negative review is a genuine reflection of the state of the products and the company. Best avoided, at all cost.

Update: I have now received a refund for the product. The process to eventually get this refund was unnecessarily long and others would have given on the refund claim.

This is a scam. Please do not spend your money here. The watches need to have a registration code. I have contacted the company as I required either the codes or a refund. They have ignored my emails since 5th December and I have three watches that I do not want. I have requested their correct return address but they have delayed providing me with the details. If I could give no stars I would. All of the reviews on their website are fake as non of them say anything about registration codes. If you need more information go on to you tube and you will see videos of people complaining about the lack of registration codes.
