Avoid this company, bought two smart watches for my children for Christmas. No QR code, no sim will work. Emailed on numerous occasions with no response. Absolutely shocking do not buy from this company

Like so many others on here, I wish we'd read reviews on Trustpilot rather than get suckered in by the reviews on Smartkidswatch's site which have to be fake (either that or they've been posted by parents of kids with very, very big wrists...)

We bought a Sonic Fitness Activity Tracker 2.0 for our 6 year old, but we didn't even bother charging it, as as soon as she tried it on it was obvious that the strap was far too large for her. I'd be amazed if it'd fit any child; it slipped right off our 10 year old too.

I emailed to request a refund and did receive a response, but Smartkidswatch refused to refund unless we paid for tracked return postage, which I was not willing to do seeing as the fault is on their side.

We then considered keeping the watch (potentially for an adult to use...), and it's at that point we discovered what others realised straight away - the watch doesn't work at all, there's no working QR code and no way of setting it up.

I emailed again and of course received no response, so I wouldn't be surprised if Smartkidswatch have disappeared now for good.

This is a complete rip-off company that doesn't care about their products or their customers at all.

I'm reporting them now to trading standards.

Truly terrible product that simply does not work. Bought the kids Sonic Activity Tracker as Christmas present for 7 year old daughter. Thanks for all the disappointment and tears guys. Product itself and charger very flimsy but worse than that the QR code to install the necessary app doesn't work hence you have a useless piece of plastic that cost £20 (supposedly reduced from £60?). To date no response from customer service and the company seems to have gone 'off grid'. Frankly you'd be better off burning a £20 note as you could move on with your life more quickly and not have a distraught child on your hands. I have reported this company to trading standards.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have not refunded my money even though I returned an unopened watch. I am taking them to court.

The watch is faulty. I have emailed multiple times with no response whatsoever. Bought as a Christmas present for my niece.

The watch ordered for my granddaughter was not as described, and didn't work.
I have tried to contact them several times and just received an automated response saying they would be back on 27th December - to my last email of 11th January!
Appalling customer service.

The watch is defective and I returned it, but I have not got any reply from them after 10 days. Try to email them two times without any response so far. I lost 70 pound, definitely don’t buy anything from them

Absolutely disgusting !! Watch doesn’t work at all spent 60 pound trying various sims which are for 2g and none respond to the watch !! Won’t connect to anything!! Avoid !

Defiantly 0 stars why has this company not been shut down do not buy didn’t come with a sim and doesn’t work 🤬 no response from them fuming

I wish I read all these reviews ,have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a reply ,no SIM card in the box of my watch .awful customer service ,same email just getting sent to me over and over again . I am still waiting on a reply .so smart watch if you see these reviews can you please get back to everyone

Avoid complete rubbish

Ordered one of their watches for my son as a Christmas present. No instructions in the box. It doesn't charge properly and the battery life is terrible. I have sent emails to get a refund but no response. Avoid avoid avoid.

I would give them ZERO stars if possible! Appalling customer service and the product is RUBBISH! Avoid at all costs

Strap far too big for my children on its smallest setting. Company unresponsive to try and set up a return with refund so now I have 2 children with no Christmas present! Very disappointed.

They responded very quickly before Christmas when I asked if they had an update on the delivery of the watches so clearly they are available, but are quite happy to ignore complaints/requests to return items.

Please avoid!!!

Fake company with website fake reviews. The watch is terrible. Tech from the 90s. Basic, basic functionality. We are horribly disappointed with the experience.

Smart watch is not working, waste of time and money.

I wish I had seen all these reviews before I had bought my twins watches.One of the watches arrived and didn’t work the other one stopped working within a couple of days. The reviews on the website must be fake! I have also emailed the company and not had a response, I will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund for the faulty items.

Bought watch from father Christmas. Watch doesn't work. Contacted company for refund/ return 5 times now. No replies to any messages.
Avoid!! Do Not Buy!!!!

Watch strap is way too large for a child and even too big for my wifes wrist. The screen is long and thin but very hard to read. The quality is poor and so far I'm being ignored by their customer service and just keep getting automated messages. I regret ordering this watch for my son as it was something he wanted to spend his Christmas money on.

Sadly, this company have completely let my 9 year old down. This watch was on her letter to FC, so we clearly made it happen. It arrived, it doesn't work, it is not a described, I contacted them on 27/12, heard nothing, chased again 5/1 (they say don't chase but equally say they will reply within 72 hours). Maybe reply to you customers, rather than just take our money.
