Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas lire jusqu'à la fin; contrairement à ce qui est écrit je n'ai absolument reçu aucune réponse de BackMarket me proposant de me rembourser la différence.
Donc j'en conclus que c'est pour faire bonne figure sur les réseaux mais il n'y a rien au bout.

Following your last review we had contacted BackMarket, who you ordered through and handles customer issues on our behalf. They offered you a partial refund for the difference in condition, or a complete refund.

They may have been some miscommunication here and have therefore asked BackMarket to give you a call explaining the options.

I've ordered from Smartfonestore a couple of times now and the phones have looked brand new and they were designated as "good" condition. This is the first company I go to if I need to look for a second hand phone.

I tried to get the offer of a first time discount struggle with that after some emailing. Finally got it sorted. Then place the order. I was kept upto date on delivery used paypal credit which was fine. Item was delivered in time well packaged. Good condition. Would definitely buy again

Fast delivery (1st Class Royal Mail) of a brand new Apple Magic 2 Keyboard. For those concerned that this may not be a genuine Apple product, then rest assured it most certainly is the "real deal" and my iMac had no problem accepting it. By the way, the keyboard sent to me came bubble-wrapped with no official Apple box, etc., but don't let that put you off. it is the genuine article. Such fast efficient service deserves praise and I'm more than happy with my new Apple keyboard - a great product. For those reasons, I would have no hesitation in using Smartfone again. What a brilliant company!

Easy service which delivers promptly and securely. Described as Very good condition, arrived in perfect condition no scratches and battery life is excellent. Comes with warranty which protects you just in case.

Phone arrived in good time and good condition , but the earbud headphones ordered and paid for at same time didn’t. Email address doesn’t work keeps bouncing back and phone no rings off. I am hoping to be able to get contact after new year again.!
