Good service, but extra delivery charges
Really good service from Smart Boards UK, however they dropped a rating because after paying upfront I was also asked to pay a further £30 to have board sent back to me! This was a bit of a shock and it would have been far better for them to be clear about all the delivery costs up front.

Perfect kit containing everything we…
Perfect kit containing everything we needed! Having all components pre set on the circuit boards allowed us to fully change over the existing motherboard and restore hover board to full working order. Came quickly and well packaged

Go kart
This is the third hover board we have purchased from this company first and third were brilliant there were issues with the second initially wasn’t impressed these however have now been resolved and we were partially refunded some money as a gesture of goodwill, we would still use this company as feel customer service is usually very good, however our one off experience was just that a one off, all issues now resolved and have a very happy 8 year old who can ride his hoverboard go kart again

The truth is that I have been surprised with the speed that I have been treated ( positive). The person who attended me was very nice and attended to all my questions. she helped me and explained how to make the reservation. I made the reservation the same day I received a confirmation email and a few days later the delivery arrived at my house to collect my skateboard. sincerely I am happy
