I've tried probably 5-6 of the providers in this space and they were all horrendous.

I am relieved to say that Smarcomms was the only one that was not horrendous..

In fact, they were bloody good and I felt compelled to actually write a review for once because I think people should know that these guys are the only ones with a decent process and end product! Posts were top!!

I purchased a monthly plan (4 weeks) for $99 USD on Dec 9, 2023. They spent the first week for researching, they sent me 3 posts on the second week and 3 posts for the third week. I didn't receive any posts on the 4th week. My subscription will be expired on Jan 9, 2024 but I received an email from Scarcomms on the 3rd of Jan saying my subscription has been CANCELLED. The message is this: "It looks like your subscription for order #xxxx has been canceled and you’ll no longer be receiving our services. If this is an error, please reply and let us know" I don't understand what is the forth week of my money goes to???

I signed up after reviewing other reviews and needing someone to assist in boosting my businesses' social media presence and create engaging and exciting posts.
- Had to review and change posts multiple times before I was happy (used old stock, out of season stock, stock that we had one pair left, old stock) etc
- Was very clear that the purpose was to bring more customers into my actual bricks and mortar shop premises, all posts kept referring people to my website. I corrected this EVERY post, but each review it was the same
- Did not read or absorb feedback given, so each post was 2/3 days of back and forth with changes that were already given in initial brief
- I signed up to make my life EASIER, since then this whole thing of so many comments/changes/corrections to each and every post every week it has become very stressful and more hassle than before signing up
- Signed on for a 3 posts per week plan. 3rd week- no posts, no content to approve. When I kept asking for content, I was given obviously quickly put toegther crap that I wasn't happy with- to get these up to standard took another 3 days, so I did not get what i paid for at all. I have made several complaints, given direct and honest feedback, explained how unhappy I am etc. I have been given at least 8-10 apologies thus far and how they are changing my team to ensure the posts are better.......just got the new lot and it is the same issues again. fed up, sick to death of the ignorance and more stressed than when I signed up. TOO HARD.

I am not very much excited with the ChatGPT generated content and a very monotonous style of posts.

I expect some variety and research effort spent in preparing my social media post as we are paying for that. In turn we only get a very similar social media posts that are not engaging at all.

Great service that is easy to use and works fast. One of the easiest social media posting services we've worked with. Recommend!

So far I love this company! Even though I'm a new client of theirs and I don't know if I'll get new customers from their ads yet, I can tell you I am very impressed with the quality of their posts and their customer service. As far as I'm concerned, you get what you pay for and I feel their service is well worth the cost. I use their service because I simply don't have time to make miscellaneous posts every week. I can all but manage the sales we run. I wasn't looking for perfection but they've done a great job so far.
